Muscle tightness all over body
Due to some exercise all my hip muscles were jammed before 2 years for which I consulted orthopaedic doctor, suggested some stretches, which got me better results... But after duration of 6 months, whenever I use some muscles more...all muscles from the hips to all my my back and then it extend till chest gets tighten up... It affected even my eyes due to which I took treatment for 2 months... What should I do to completely resolve my problem...Is it should I consult orthopaedic doctor or physiotherapist ... I have a low Vitamin D content... for which I took 1 month supplement , Now I go to regular sunlight... Please do suggest some appropriate treatment so that muscle tightness is gone.. This muscle tightness is repetitive... Another problem is this muscle tightness activates all my trigger pints which extends the muscle tightness to all over back..... Now from from past one week , even I find some muscle weakness, due to the stretches I do to loose my tighten muscles...
