hot fomentation ,can apply pain relieving gel at painfull area (volini) , mild streching(upper&lower limb), active movement.

need to take rest in working hrs, can take support(pillow,foot rest,stik while walking, walk atleast 1hr daily, fullfill the requirment through lipid profile.
