The location of pain you are showing in picture n buring sensation in palm may be due to couse of carpul tunnel syndrome. Nerve passes frem wrist localise area which you are showing in picture and supplies the palmer aspect of hand when nerve impinge bitween the tunnel it ll couse pain and numbness. Physiotherapist ll help you to reduce this problem including triceps pain. Consultant n take good treatment from qualified n experienced Physiotherapist. Take care 👍

overuse of muscles compressed nerve giving you radiating pain and burning sensation. visit physiotherapy clinic and take electro therapy trestment for 10 days and later with exercises it can be cured.

You might be having nerve entrapment syndrome. Start with Occupational Therapy sessions and make sure you are not hyperextending or hyperflexing your wrist while at work... maintain the functional position of hand.
