Left hand pain from 3 weeks
Having light pain from 3 weeks in left arm and palm, specifically fingers and particular areas. Mostly I feel it's a muscle or a nerve issue, or using my left hand more, plus I am left handed.

It may be cervical radiculopathy or it comes under computer related problems . To get rid of the problem completely, you need to maintain erect posture while sitting. Avoid using neck pillow for couple of days, try to lie down flat as much as possible. Avoid using computer for long hours, need to take breaks in between.
Next Steps
Get one X-ray cervical spine Ap / lateral done. And get good physiotherapy done to strengthen the muscles of the neck and hand.
Health Tips
Don't use the system for long hours. And avoid using spring mattress , use firm, flat thin cotton mattress.
