Pain in left hand since 3 yrs
I m experiencing severe pain in my left hand from joint to wrist wen i lift weight of one kg. Or if i m in air conditioned cool environment.. .my bp os 156/120... Is it nerve problem or heart connected r can b cured by physiotheraphy r ayurveda oils plz suggest

There is many chances of irritation of nerve supply of hand . Week shoulder and neck muscles are most common reason so go through evaluation and take treatment . Cause of BP varriation in air condition is may be due to nerve , as irritated hand take much attention and heart get instructed by brain.
