Toddler jumped on my wife upper Back. I think she has got muscle strain . Pls advice which doctor to consult . Physiotherapist or someone else.

Start with muscle relaxants Hifenac MR Twice daily after food for 5 days , apply oxalgin nano gel twice daily along with hot fomentation, rest, avoid using pillow, try to lie down flat as much as possible
Next Steps
if it's not improving with this, start physiotherapy asap for 1 week to 10 days

Use cervical pillow. Use Back Support. Self Massage the back of neck.
