Stiff neck and upper back pain
Hi, I have been facing stiff neck and upper back pain post waking up in the morning. I used to sleep on my stomach and started facing this issue 2 months back. Now even while sleeping sideways I am facing the pain in my back. Not able to get proper sleep due to this. I am using soft pillow and when I use two pillows or hard pillow I face pain in my neck. What should I do? as my sleep is getting impacted.

Visit nearby physiotherapy clinic and tske electrotherapy for 10 days. Use only one pillow and it should'nt be too soft, which is also a reason for pain. Do hot water fermentation twice a day.

A quick physio assessment followed by few exercises should work. If your Physio sees necessity of further assessment or referral after first consultation, follow the advice.
