Upper back pain
I am having severe upper back pain from 10-15 days. And this happens only at night when I sleep, I can't even change sides, my back get freeze and I hurts badly. And when I wake up in the morning I am not able to get up, cat sit or do anything. And after 1 hr. Approx it gets totally normal. Please suggest.

Hi Do hot fermentation regularly twice a day and do some exercises like bridging exercise and bhujangasana,knee to chest exercise and cobra pose these exercises will help in reducing the pain......

May be ur posture causing spasm to ur upper back muscles pls visit nearby physiotherapy clinic for electrical modalities treatment for 2 weeks. Maintain proper ergonomics if ur working from home
