Neck pain and associateted dizziness..
Hiii.. FROM FEW DAYS I AM SUFFERING FROM NECK PAIN AT JOINT WHICH ALSO RADIATES TOWARDS SHOULDER BLADES ONLY AND PAIN AT BACK OF HEAD AND SKULL...ALSO DIZZINESS IS ACCOMPANIED ...AFTER THAT I USED HAET THERAPY FROM WHICH I GOT RELAX ... THIS IS HAPPENING AFTER I DO EXTREME HOUSEHOLD WORK. ..pls help me know the main reason behind this ??? I am really scared.. Also I have chronic migraine and my took MRI test of full head which came Normal... Pls help...me

Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day. Chiropractic treatment

Hi ..your neck pain is associated with dizziness which could be 2 problems together due to work load and bad posture your trapezius muscle got strain along with vertigo. If there is spasm try using ice pack and once pain reduces slightly start with mild neck stretches and isometric exercises. Try to work on your Posture correction and avoid lifting heavy object and forward neck bending for long

Hi, it could be vertigo or cervical spondylitis.. due to wrong posture in house hold works. As u said heat is relieving pain ,continue that n u can also apply ice 10min. And start with neck isometric exercises and shoulder blades squeezes.. that will strengthen ur neck muscles., U can call me for further info

Its seems you are suffering through two problems 1- cervicogenic headache 2-vertigo Treat both seperately you will be alright And instead of hot pack try to go for neck massage and cold packs And for vertigo meet your ENT doc

Hello Due to work load your trapezius muscle got strain. Do hot water fermentation for about 10-12 min twice a day. Try to do neck and upper back stretches. Then continue with the neck isometric exercises.

Your neck pain and dizziness could be due to cervical spondylosis. You should do neck stretching and strengthening exercises with proper guidance. You should give hot water fomentation for 15-20 min twice a day. You can apply Volini gel or spray to the site of pain provided you are not allergic.

Ur migraine and increased household chores with wrong posture maybe a possible reason for Ur neck pain. Try using ice pack Bez ur neck pain is not chronic. After Ur pain has reduced slightly do some front of the neck muscles stretching exercises. Try to keep Ur shoulders back and low. Do some core muscles strengthening exercises which will help you with your better posture and long duration household chores.

This can be because of strain on upper trapezius muscle due forward neck bending during work and bad posture... hot water fomentation and posture corection exercises will work.

It may be due to cervical spondylosis. Start doing exercises for neck and shoulder. Isometric exercises for neck everyday three times a day. Shoulder strengthening exercises. Trapezius stretching with hold counting 10. It can be due to postural change.

U had already having migraine it is the reason u get the pain at the back of neck anyhow u got some heat therapy which gave u relief acid doing household chore which involve the neck bending activity like Mopping the floor if ur doing so and so . When the MRI is normal u need not worry just have a neck X day done if there any spondylitis changes to know . Kindly apply a pain relieving gel over the back of neck and give hot water fermentation too . Don’t use pillow while sleeping kindly fold a towel and keep it at the back of neck . Avoid lifting heavy object as of now . Gentle movement of neck up and down and to the side will be helpful for you .
