Strong neck and shoulder twitch
I have a very strong neck and shoulder twitch that has been going on for two months now. I'm 14 years old and I haven't had any sports injuries ,is this something to be worried about ?

There r various causes of muscle twitch, we need to differentiate it 1st. Hw often do u hv muscle twitch in a day, it is painful ? Is it involuntary or bcoz of pain? Do u hv any other health problem? Do u hv head ache?
