Pain in front shoulder.only when i do activities involving shoulder too much and cracking and clicking sound all time when i strecth

Your symptoms are indicating poor stability of shoulder and some swelling in tendon called tendonitis. Your Exercise program needs to be fine tuned regularly keeping your pain and swelling in control. Visit a sports Physiotherapist for at least 12 sessions

Do MRI of shoulder joint.It might me rotator cuff injury. Apply Ice pack frequently 3 hrs once.still pain not  subsides consult near by physiotherapist for futher treatment.

It could be rotator cuff injury. Give rest to your shoulder for 2 weeks & apply ice for 20 mts twice a day(apply any oil to prevent ice burns).

Check If internal rotation of shoulder is restricted. Do stretching. It will help you

Hello Sir, I would suggest you to consult a nearby physiotherapist,get yourself properly evaluated so that required treatment can be given. Ice or heat compresses can be used, treatment depends on the underlying cause.physical therapy may be required with the therapeutic modalities and excercise. Thank you!
