I am specialist in posture care. I have treated many such cases to see live you can even visit at Sukhija Physiotherapy Chiropractic Clinic on Facebook. Moreover as per your question, Posture correction band is not a solution but a temporary thing to avoid more disturbance, still it may restrict one place but could create weakness or deformity in other part of body.
Only Exercise is the permanent solution.
Uneven shoulders suggest one side muscles are short than other side this is due to overuse of 1 side than other or due to streching of one side more than other.
This may be postural scoliosis initiating if you will not stop it with right Exercise it may become permanent deformity.
Wrong Exercise, wrong posture, or body limb weakness of one side more than other is the reason.
One Exercise link I am posting will surely help you.

In this one side strech will be more than other do more strech side 5 times and other side 3 times twice a day.

Health Tips
avoid forward neck bending and heavy weight lifting
You work differently with both shoulders, right arm being dominant is more flexible and left shoulder moves less throughout the day hence it is relatively stiff.
Because of this uneven flexibility with the pull of gravity right shoulder stays slightly down compared to left.
Posture Band is not to be used now. Once you get the symmetry by exercise thru a physio online u can make a huge difference to how your shoulders acquired this posture.
Once u are fine with posture u can use the band.
Next Steps
consult online to get the corrective protocol with help of a physio
Health Tips
avoid any exercises which can produce more assymetry
Check what your trapezius muscle strength is (the muscle that helps you shrug your shoulders). See if your right side is weaker than your left and vice versa. Also check for your latissimus dorsi muscle strength (the muscle that helps you do the lat pull down exercise / the muscle that helps you lift your body from the chair). Double the weaker arm workout in comparison to your stronger arm for 3-4 weeks. Then notice the change. All this is to be done in the absence of pain. Have a coach guide you with the same. Make sure you get back to the coach or the physiotherapist, if you think anything (even a tiny tinge of pain) is wrong.
Next Steps
Visit a physio when you can.
Health Tips
Correct posture and slow paced movements is what you are to look at.
Hello,
The reason for uneven shoulders is a muscular imbalance because of over exercising one group of muscles in comparison to the other.
It can be corrected with therapeutic exercises under the supervision of a Physiotherapist.
Shoulder protection band helps you to keep your shoulders neutral. It May not help in drooping shoulders majorly. On the contrary, overuse of shoulder band without correct exercise can actually increase the pain,so it’s best avoided.
Next Steps
You must visit or take an online consultation with a Physiotherapist.
Health Tips
It can be easily managed. Please don’t worry,it’s not a disease just a mechanical discomfort that can be corrected with supervised therapeutic set of exercises.
It could be a case of muscle imbalance. The information you have provided is inadequate, you may need to consult in detail and the therapist will be diagnosing and helping you follow the treatment required.
First, I would like to clarify that shoulder posture correction band will not help you. Uneven shoulders could be because of your wrong posture. Muscle goes for weakness, thus bony alignment changes.
Next Steps
You need to get assessed by a Physiotherapist or an Orthopaedic surgeon to know your muscle power and bony alignment.
Health Tips
You can correct your shoulders by posture correction exercises and back strengthening exercises. So don't worry and get consulted.
Hello
The shoulder band will not correct the posture. Excessive use of band will further lead to muscle weakness. I will advice u to get ur muscle grades by a physiotherapist and then work on balancing of muscle. MMT will help in diagnosing wealth group of muscles.
