Hi Doctors
I have an uneven shoulder problem, my right shoulder higher than my left shoulder. I think it happens because heavy usage. But it's makes my posture look very odd. Can somebody fix this. I already taken medication from the physiotherapist, i paid money for treatment but no results

The issue addressed is not such a major issue unless it is not bothering you usually based upon the dominance the shoulder seems to appear up or down that is ok to be with but still, if you want to correct it based upon further assessment and evaluation it can be brought into a point of consideration and treated

Your dominant Shoulder (The one with which you write and do most of your work) can be a little lower than the other one. Slight Asymmetry in the body is acceptable as we do not use both sides of the body equally through our life span. But if this is too much, causing you pain and discomfort, then this needs correction. A possibility could be a curve in your spine called scoliosis. I would recommend to get a detailed assessment done so that it can be take care off if needed. Take Care👍
