Hi,
I had bowed legs in my childhood. To treat that condition I have undergone surgery. I am overweight right now. I feel like my shoulders, hands, hips and legs are eneven. I can clearly see the diffrence when I am doing the gym workouts. Recently I am having shoulder pain as well. What should I do?

Problem with your posture,Try for professional gym workout either from a physiotherapist/Trainers with fitness knowledge.Avoid resistance exercises.Prefer more floor activities and posture correction exercises.
