You have to correct your posture.  You should do neck and core strengthening exercises for 6 months with proper guidance. You should consult a physiotherapist for complete assessment and exercise for posture correction.

Visit chiropractor, he can set this, but there is nothing to worry, there wont be any problem untill you get a jerk or do heavy lifitng which causes severe pain. It is common to get one shoulder up and another down.

Visit nearby chiropractor or manual therapist they correct it,don't worry. Maintain proper posture,visit near by physiotherapy clinic they will relieve the trigger points to release the tension in the muscles it may occured due to over exercising to one side than other side
