Recently, I saw muscle imbalance in my body. My left shoulder is higher than my right shoulder. Is this happening because of workout I do ? What should I do? Why this happens and which doctor should I consult?

Your photos are not clear, can not see alignment properly.  So cant say whether this imbalance is due to shoulder blade (scapular dyskinesia)  or spine(scoliosis). But if you continue your workout Without correcting your posture then it will definitely land up in pain. So get your postural assessment done by physiotherapist,  start postural correction exercises ASAP.
