Suffering from shoulder pain since many months requires proper assessment and diagnosis. There are many conditions which can lead to shoulder pain so for that you need to visit the nearest physiotherapy centre to get it diagnosed
Next Steps
If adviced by the physiotherapist you should go for a MRI to rule out internal pathology in shoulder. For Conservative Management: To get rid of pain apply ice for atleast 3 days with a frequency after every 3 hours for atleast 15 mints. Along with that you can apply any local ointement to the painful area. Make sure to move you hand througout the day till you pain permits so that the joint does not get stiff.
Health Tips
Start with the physiotherapy treatment as soon as possible

Are you able to take your hand back side need to check every detail. If yes then try to hot bag or hot fermentation for 15 min everyday three times a day.after hot fermentation start doing shoulder exercises.like taking your hand slowly back side or try to slowly slide your hand on walls try to reach up as long as you can. Do shoulder pendulum exercises.
Next Steps
Try to do all exercises after hot fermentation.
