Information given here is quite vague and incomplete. I would recommend to consult a Physiotherapist for your issue. Alternative option is to consult an orthopedic doctor regarding the same. Please keep in mind that it may take a while to show the results whichever doctor you opt to consult. Doctor surfing wouldn't help. There's no overnight cure for any injury. I would recommend you to consult one doctor that you can count on and follow the treatment as per advised by giving your hundred percent. Please not to rush going back to work out. Let there be recovery so that your future workout sessions can go smoothly and effectively.
Next Steps
you can book an online consultation with me for your issue. ask or consult about when's the best time to go back to work out.

Hi, as you mentioned pain in right shoulder but can you tell the exact location of pain or whole shoulder till blade and trapezius and in front till triceps, does it radiating ?
Any past medications taken, Any tests performed ?
if not take an X-ray of shoulder joint AP/LAT view and consult back with reports.
Proper diagnosis is must for proper treatment.
