Spasm in back & pain in shin area
Due to sprinting and moves playing badminton I have got bad spasm in back and for last 3 months pain in shin area. What should I do to continue playing.

U should start Physiotherapy Treatment. Avoid playing for some time n give rest.

Take rest for few days. lower the intensity of exercises. Visit a physiotherapist to check for any injury in your lower limbs.
