I have been sleeping on the floor for more than a week (because of cleaning) and hence have been gradually getting this pain. Now I am not able to function routinely as I have continuous spasms in the lower back left which has extended to the side. And the nerves are giving me the spasms and pain. Please help

Hello mam, the lower back pain is due to change in sleeping position, as u might not have been comfortable on the floor . Disturbed sleep also causes increased tension in the muscles

You need to change your sleep pattern firstly, u need to start with some basic stretching exercise and gradually strengthening exercises for ur back , have a good intake of water and u should be good
Because of weakness and fatigue also the muscles go under spasm so be hydrated get some stretching and basic exercise done. Should help u
