Back pain due to muscle spasm
I m suffering from straightening of lumber lordosis due to muscle spasm...what are the exercises to overcome this?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HxvRQ9ZJ8vQ Chiropractic Mobilization will help. Avoid bending in front. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily

The spasm has to be released before exercises as otherwise the pain will simply aggravate. If the spasm is not too much it will be relieved by hot pack and back stretches.
Next Steps
If pain still persists visit a physiotherapist nearby and get diagnosed and treated for the same.

Before exercises take IFT treatment for 10 days, after that you 'll be suggested with exercises depending upon the condition. exercises will increase pain if you start before electrotherapy as you have mentioned low on calcium and vitamins level.
