Lower part of leg bone hurts after accid
I met with a small bike accident And hurt my right leg bone. I had a small swelling. It is gone now after two days with some cream and sprays like volini. It has been 3 weeks now. Still the lower front portion of my leg hurts when I touch or press that area. There is no swelling. I can do regular activities like walking and all without any pain. Should I be worried and see a doctor or it is common and need more time to heal. Or what foods and medication will speed up the healing process.

Greetings,   sorry about the pain.
Next Steps
Not to worry, it is  just a muscle spasm.  the area in question is the one which works when you walk or any other activities which involves leg. ice the area twice a day for 5 to 10 minutes.   if needed you can consult a physio to learn ways to make it better l
Health Tips
healing process is determined by nature,  you can't circumvent that, just follow the normal process of healing, never be fooled if claims are done to speed up the healing process.  allow another 2 weeks to settle.
