Neck and shoulder pain

Asked for Female, 32 Years

My wife has sever neck and shoulder pain since last two days. She did not meet any injury and we are not sure if it was because of wrong posture during sleep, since she was fine after she woke up yesterday and it started after few hours. She tried with hot water massage and applied Volini and that improved a bit but since yesterday, she has sever pain in neck and couldn't move it . Any suggestions on whom we should be meeting , general physician or physiotherapist or any medicine.

May be your wife get severe muscle spasm at around the neck muscle so u must use some muscle relaxent medicin and consult to qualified physiotherapist.
