I'm 25 year old and I have don't have an active exercise filled life. I weigh around 100kg which made me worrisome. I started of with brisk walking for about 1. 5km and brought it up to 3km in 2 weeks. 3 days back  I have been observing that I feel slightly out of breath at rest. Even a slight chest discomfort. I have this cough at times with frothy kind of phlegm. Sometimes it hurts when i cough. Sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes it if I take deep breath right side of my chest hurts a little and sometimes it doesn't. I always wake up with stuffy nose /runny nose or phelgm in the morning which reduces by noon. I visited the physician and after listening with stethoscope he said lungs are clear and probably due to allergies he gave me citrezine tablets. There's no change in the symptoms I described earlier. What should I do? My BP is always in the range of 120 to 130/80 on BP Monitor at home.

Dear Sir/Madam, It's been 7 months since i twisted my right ankle (while landing after a jump) when I was playing badminton. MRI scan report taken after a month post injury said I had grade 1 and grade 2 ligament tears and micro fractures in talus bone. Visited a couple of orthopedics who suggested me to wear an ankle binder , keep ice packs and prescribed collagen tablets . Swelling has come down by almost 90% but I keep getting on and off pain and a feeling of discomfort while walking especially on any uneven surface and while doing strengthening excercise. Last week I have taken six sessions of physiotherapy as well which included cold laser, IFT, short wave diathermy and ultrasound but to no much benefit. As I badly want to get back to sports what should I do  ? 1) Should I have gotten a cast right after injury instead of an ankle binder? 2) Why is it taking so long to completely recover. Is it because the ligament tear has not healed properly? 3) How much walking is recommended?

A Midline prostatic utricle cyst was detected during Ultrasound procedure of my routine annual health checkup in mid August 2019. (Report) " REAL TIME PELVIS ULTRASOUND REPORT Anatomically normal urinary bladder. Prostate measures 2.9 x 2.8 x 3.1 cm corresponding to 13 gms with evidence of 6 x 6 mm sized utricle cyst in the midline. No evidence of ascites. Gall Bladder is partially distended. CONCLUSION : Grade II/III fatty infiltration of liver. Suggested serum LFT correlation. Midline prostatic utricle cyst." Is this cyst dangerous? What is the treatment for it? I do not have any major symptoms except slight discomfort in the area sometimes when I am lying.

38, Male, Delhi. Work in Corporate sector. I am extremely allergic to sudden change in temperatures from my early young age (20s) with having multiple sneezings in one time. I am extremely allergic to Dust/Strong Smells (perfumes). Eyes remain very itchy, watery and feel swelling like feeling around my nose. Nose mostly remain running and feel extreme discomfort in my nostrals with a waving feather inside it feeling. Due to which I feel extreme itching inside them. Area around my eyes has become dark and swelled with this long-term chronic allergy. Feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed in public/office due to this. For recent few months, I feel my allergy has triggered a bit and I feel over sensitivity in and just around my nose. No specific season is what I feel this but it remains throughout the year. Gets almost a trigerred attack when I shift from Cold to Hot temperatures and vice versa. Looking for some long term relief and want to get rid of this problem. Need some help please.

In the past 4 weeks I had some itches (especially when rubbed) at the inside of my urethral pipe along my penis, plus slight discomfort when urinating at certain times. Swab test done showed Escherichia coli growth with sentivity for levofloxacin amongst other antibiotics. At the beginning of the medication course with ciprofloxacin and doxycycline it felt like the itches had subsided. However on the 8 day of the 10 days course I notice I had begun to discharge pus from my penis. This was little at first but began to worsen as the days went by. A second test this time from a swab of the discharge 4 to 5 days after the end of the antibiotics course have been confirmed to show a fungi growth and no presence of bacteria. I am currently on the 3rd day of 5 for treatment with fluconazole 200mg and Ornilox tablets but it appears the pus is just getting worse as I seem to now have the discharge through the whole day which instead of just at mornings at the beginning. Is this normal?

Although PVD is an oldage disease,my doctors told me myopia can sometimes accelerate it in late twenties though its rare. He told me if im not seeing flashes very frequently i will be fine and PVD happens to everyone and is a part of aging. My question is 5 months have past with not much disturbance. Should not the process be over by now. I have read it only takes a few weeks though who am i to know anything about opthalmic anatomy and physiology. Am i still under some risk of retinal pathology. If yes then what. I still face minor discomfort now and then and freak out immediately, even though they dont seem.like flashing. Can someone tell me that how long does it take for PVD to run its course and the condition to stabilize. Will i forever live under the risk of flashing and retinal tears. Im scared all the time, keeping eyes closed whenever i can given i am a software professional. What am i gonna do, im just 26 with -2 power. PLEASE PLEASE HELP, IM GOING PSYCHOTIC...

My upper hard palate looks completely normal when observed with mirror, uniform color, no bumps or anything, n when i feel it with my tongue it feels normal n uniform.. but when i touch it with my finger, i feel it is swollen.. it is not painful or anything.. n I don't know if it has been so since forever.. in my previous ENT examination 5 months ago, my doctor said everything is normal.. but i noticed it a couple of weeks ago n I don't noe if it was der during my last ENT visit or not .. it doesn't cause any problem or discomfort as it is.. is it something to b concerned about?? I do not smoke or eat gutka.. i do not drink alcohol or any other carbonated drinks. Me n my husband had only eachother as sexual partners.. is it okay if i let it be as it is n c if it causes any trouble or visit a docotor immediately??

Hi I have been experiencing slight  abdominal pain from past 7-8 days.The pain is minor but occurs in different areas of the abdomen(keeps changing its location from time to time) .The discomfort has not gotten worst over these days.Also would like to mention that i have recently been traveling which has resulted in constantly eating outside food.Would love to know the cause and ways to resolve and hopefully nothing serious to worry about.Please help.I read on google that it could be cancer hence was little worried..Hoping to find answers and treatments.The pain is very mild and is not constant it keeps coming and going and changes locations throughout the abdomen.When im busy with work i even tend to forget about it.Hoping to know what it is and ways to resolve it hopefully not anything serious like cancer or anything.I dont have any other symptoms.

One week ago I was thinking about my childhood memories and suddenly I recalled a TV serial that I used to watch in childhood but at that time I was unable to understand most of it because I was a kid,so I took my phone and started to watch the show ,I don't know what happened to me,I feels discomfort and fidgeting if I not watch it and I saw 100 episodes in 7 days,don't know why I relates it to my life and things happening in my life,unable to concentrate on studies and my exams are starting from 2nd March ,I'm in 12th standard,so I google searched it I found the symptoms of ADHD,I am so afraid what is happening to me,am I becoming mad? My past is not much good I never enjoyed my childhood,my nutrition is also not good because I only preferred studies since I was a child,my mother and father lives separate due to some problems from a long time,but I visits my father and he often comes to meet me.i don't know what is happening to me? Please help.

I get very dull pain in my left testicle occasionally. It stays for a second and goes. It comes randomly. I have this since 2 years. I can give 3 marks out of 10 to pain according to its severity. Once if it starts, it keep triggering randomly in 1 to 10 minutes difference. And stays for about an hour to 2 days. I can feel it if I am laying, standing, sitting sometimes it reliefs after passing gas sometines I feel during cough or heavy breath and sometimes I don't feel at coughing or breathing.. It comes and goes by itself, cant make it pain on my own. I checked my testicle size, both seems same, but left one is hanging about 2cms below right one. There was never inflammation or pain if I touch or lift both testicles with palm. I tried to feel the veins of both testicles, no lump or pain or discomfort observed after touching it. After seaeching on Internet I found a medical condition called vericocele, but I am not sure if it is same or not as I don't have exact information about it.
