Strange feeling.
One week ago I was thinking about my childhood memories and suddenly I recalled a TV serial that I used to watch in childhood but at that time I was unable to understand most of it because I was a kid,so I took my phone and started to watch the show ,I don't know what happened to me,I feels discomfort and fidgeting if I not watch it and I saw 100 episodes in 7 days, don't know why I relates it to my life and things happening in my life, unable to concentrate on studies and my exams are starting from 2nd March ,I'm in 12th standard,so I google searched it I found the symptoms of ADHD,I am so afraid what is happening to me,am I becoming mad? My past is not much good I never enjoyed my childhood,my nutrition is also not good because I only preferred studies since I was a child,my mother and father lives separate due to some problems from a long time, but I visits my father and he often comes to meet me.i don't know what is happening to me? Please help.

Hi Please don't get panic, it's not ADHD, it looks you are a bit anxious. You are relating things to yourself. If it is that distressing plz visit a psychiatrist, with little medicine (a short course of anxiolytic) you will feel better.
Next Steps
please visit a psychiatrist, thank you.
