Feeling strange after 3 months antidepre

Asked for Male, 26 Years

Hello , I have diagnosed with OCD and on fluvoxamine maleate 100 mg from past 3 and a half month. From past 2-3 days I feel like there is so much light as compared to earlier where I felt I was going into dark. Some illumination in internal mind with headache and sweating giving me some strange vibes and I am unable to cope up with that. Please guide why I have been feeling such from past few days. Thanks
