Strange feeling in chest when lying down

I'm 26 year old on high bp tablets, I have strange feeling in chest usually at nights especially when i lie flat, I feel something is squeezing, tingling inside, i feel discomfort in my chest (no pain or breathing issues though) but it only lasts for less than an hour.
