Strange sensation in chest
Hello doctor I ate spicy food after that I got a strange tightness and palipitation like sensation in chest and throat also I have sinus tachycardia what caused this strange sensation is this heart related? Pls help me out

It primarily looks like acid reflux causing the symptoms. If they are not recurring then nothing to worry
