Strange discomfort in heart
Nowadays I'm feeling strange discomfort in heart after meal, a feeling of heaviness. Also have a feeling of light headed when urinating. What is this?

Well just to be sure consult a physician. We need to check your blood pressure and to rule out it is because of gastritis or any heart related issue.Possibly when you strain very much while passing urine light headedness may be possible because of temporary low blood pressure
