Had unprotected sex for 2nd time after loosing virginity at a gap of 2 months. I had sex on 19th April and took ipill almost after 24 hours. Since then I have pain in my abdomen,back and too much pain in legs. Feeling of vomiting,chakkar aana , ghabrat, burning sensation in urinary bladder while passing urine. Excessive urine ,bloating and weight gain around abdomen and hip area. I'm waking up 5 to 6 times at night for urine and also have started having constipation. Are these signs of pregnancy or what is happening to me ? I'm already on anti depressants from last 3 years and I took 1 pill each time within a gap of 2 months . Very much upset and unmarried. How can i get rid of this pain? Body feels too much tired and painful with alot of discomfort. Please guide.

I constantly feel sudden urge to take a breath from my mouth that causes fullness of chest and that breath feels incomplete. I have taken ecgs again and again it results in incomplete right bundle branch block and sinus Arythimia I am very scared my lipid profile is normal and my echo as well not taken a tmt because my doctor is not able to find what it is. My nasal breathing is fine but i still feel and urge to take a big breath my chest xray is also fine i am unable to figure out what is this. I too tend to feel my heart beating fast at times . Please help me in this i feel dizzy at times and neck pain as well and a lump im my throat and sometimes pain as well in the throat Tests such as Ecg Chest xray Echo Cbc, lipid, lft, rft All are normal what it can be can u asist my left hands finger feel tremors and arm pains as well Help i cry to sleep its very discomforting i have consulted more than 7 docs help me

I have mild hydronephrosis, since injury to stomach in nov 2020 which isn't healing, A doctor advised me drink 10 glass water every day but it increased my pain a lot, so i reduced my water intake and pain has got better and then in September 2021 I started medicine for scabies and tinea and then again my pain increased, I am on allopathy medicine since September for skin problem, skin problem has got better but at a very slow rate and it also increases my pain in kidney but from 2 weeks now whenever I eat medicine, i feel chest pain and a discomfort in breathe, so i think this is a indication that the medicine should be stopped as it's been very long but skin hasn't resolved yet. I also took ayurvedic medicine for mild hydronephrosis and skin disease from a doctor but it didn't provided any relief. Now I wanted to know Can my Mild hydronephrosis and skin diseases  be treated with ayurvedic medicine without any side effects. If yes How?? Please Help

Hi,my wife Was having Neck pain on back of Neck but after showing it to Our Regular Family Doctor & Taking his Medicines her pain Subsidized & Remained only 5%.After 8-10 days She took her Covieshield Second dose and from very Next day Her Neck pain on Back of Neck Spiked a lot That She is not even able to move her Neck.Not at all able to sleep,thn our Family Doctor prescribed ETOSHINR MR tablet Two times a day,After Taking 5 doses She is having only 10to15% Relief,But at time of Sleeping & Turning Around while Sleeping She is Having Very much Pain & While Getting Up also She is having Unbearable pain and Discomfort.Its Really Affecting her Day to Day Routine & As we Have Two Small kids it's getting Her Difficult to look after,Due to Severe Pain and Discomfort. Does Pain Got Back Because of Vaccine. Please Suggest me Why is it Paining her in Back of Neck and What should be fast Relief Treatment & Painkillers for instant Relief.

Ocassional very slight discomfort in abdomen under right ribcage . I had went through ureteroscopy in right ureter and dj stent was removed 2 weeks back. Since then had some pain in back, side and in abdomen along with fever. This pain and fever subsided except for slight ocassional pain on abdomen on right . Hence done a full abdomen usg. I was on antibiotics Faronem and amikasin injection for 5 days and it's been 5 days since the course ended. Also, No UTI, urine routine is normal. Now done an Full abdomen USG, USG report is normal for all organs except for Liver and it  says:- The liver is normal in size and shape. The parenchymal echotexture is increased with more distal attenuation of sound wave. No focal SOL is seen. Intrahepatic billiary radicles are not dilated. Hepatic veins are not dilated. Impression: Fatty Liver

My mother had heart attack on 29oct. Before that she had anginal pain but after start management with medicine for 2 months She had no discomfort but after angiography doctor said she had 85 % blockage of lcx om artery.and they done angioplasty but after 1 month my mom lvef decreased to 32. After heart attack and even after 2 month of medical treatment it was stable on 45.i don't know why it's drop by 13 percent in just 1 month after stenting... After heart attack my mom dimension of left atrium and left ventricle was normal and it was normal after 2 month before angioplasty.but one month after angioplasty 2d echo shows that dimensions of left atrium and left ventricle shown dilated.i was expected better outcomes after angioplasty.but these results made me relentless.i have only my mother left...please guide me sir...plsssssss

Hlo sir/ Mam. Am 21 year old male I have noticed whenever I go under extreme stress I start feeling chest pain and also left arm pain... it will peak for 30/40 mints and than slow down but still stay for 3-4 hours easily Like once I got in an argument in train which led to severe chest n abdomen discomfort for which I was rushed to ER ( ekg n trop okay) I have been dealing with ocd so I do experience stress frequently when I am exposed to my triggers- contamination... I went to cardio last month who did ecg, echo, tmt, lipids n when everything was normal he referred to psychologist. Am taking treatment since than but there's no improvement in this chest pain issue. Regarding left arm I do feel some muscle tension in left joint shoulder I have developed a fear of going into heart attack now

Hi doc, I am smoker from last 3 yrs and drink daily, 6 months ago i had checkup and found my liver GGT 107 and sgpt is high 65, Ldld 165, TG high , LP(a) high, HSCRP WAS 5.5, I saw a cardiologist surgeon he suggested ECG and Stress Echo which was done on treadmill both came normal as i suaually had chest discomfort, Now presently from last 1 week i am feeling burning in chest centre radiating to mid back, And sometime right and left shoukder along with shortness of breath also feel pain while swallowing and after smoking, Tenserness in upper abdomen and chest centre, tiredness and high heart rate and shaky uneasiness. I again done ECG that was normal but heart rate was 132, is this heart related as 6 months back Stress exho/TMT was normal.

So, i was facing from stomach discomfort and nausea, i contacted one doctor, he prescribed me sompraz d, ulgel a and providac capsule for 5 days, all of them twice a day. It resolved most of the issues but after some days i felt something hurting in back while drinking or swallowing, so I contacted another doctor, he prescribed rifagut 400 twice a day and sompraz L once a day for 5 days. After the course is over still i see acidity is there and i am forced to take sompraz L at morning. My eating habits are good and I don't eat spicy, masala, oily or junk food, i eat only home food. Still why is this issue not going, my epigastric region feels burning something and at evening i get acid reflux if i eat anything heavy! I am really scared and helpless, please doctors requesting your help to cure this :(. I am very very scared. I have a gb polyp of 2.9mm(last checked 3 months back in usg), is that the cause? I am scared about cancer :(. Please help!

Hlo I feel like I have developed fear of heart... Since 2 years I have been suffering from chest pains- typical angina type discomfort radiating to left arm, shoulder, jaw etc.. I am unable to walk or do anything coz my chest starts hurting Now I have had 3 TMT done in 1 year, 3-4 echo tests n it's all normal.. I have become so scared of heart disease that I keep rushing to get ecgs done. In past 3 months I have got 10 ecg done Whenever pain strikes my first thought is to run to get an ECG which is always normal Due to this fear I am unable to move out of home... Once I get ecg done my mind eases up n my pain intensity reduces down I am fed up of spending thousands every month on heart tests n emergency visits I was diagnosed with reflux disease but my mind still believes it's heart but now except angiography no test left
