I have a history of dust allergy and underwent nasal septum surgery in 2016 due to a deviated septum on the right side, which had completely blocked airflow. After the surgery, I felt fine for several years. However, over the past year, my symptoms have gradually worsened. For the last 1-2 months, I have been experiencing recurrent cold and cough, along with frequent viral infections. While antibiotics provide temporary relief (typically for 10-15 days), my symptoms tend to return shortly after. Over the past week, I have also been experiencing: Persistent headache, especially on the right side and top of my head A sensation of pressure around my eyes and forehead Mild dizziness and discomfort After taking antibiotics, my symptoms have improved, though I still have a mild headache on the right side. I am concerned about whether this could be due to a bacterial or viral sinus or any.

I have started feeling my xyphoid process since more than year now.. I am feeling it when touched.. that part does not have any pain... I am diabetic since year now.. I have only problem is when I sit at ground, I feel stomach tight. I never experienced this earlier .. I have been watching xyphoid process since year .. it is same feel and doesn't have any sort of pain.. Swelling & irritation in the inner labia, persistent throughout the day. Pricking/itching sensation, especially around the clitoral region and inner labia. I have a hard lump or stone my scrotum sac , it's located between the area of both  testicles . Sir I have been affected with sudden acute throat pain. A month back. After a injection it was looks subsided. After 3 days of antibiotic again it came.back. again I have been put under amaxilin for 7 days. After 7 days again it came back. Nor as a pain but discomfort. Initially there was no mucus , but Days goes on mucus are started wit running nose and throat muscus. Went to ENT doctor. They were telling it my be due to acid reflux or algery. Also identified that there is mild sinus issues as well. I have myself examined with gastro. Endoscopy Upper Gi and all. Mild antranal gastritis and type iii GE valve shown and gastro informed me to reduce the weight since valve looks Loose. Shown to ent doctor and they gave medication now. I am on reflux , sinus , allergy medication as well. Still mild disturbance is there in throat and muscus is reduced. But I worried what is going on and all. Can this be answered . I am 89kg , 167 cm height. Bmi 32.5. Obuse. What should I do now.

Hi I have severe bloating and feeling heavy/full all the time.  Tummy looks very huge   like 9 months pregnant and always popping out.  I also have burning sensation in the upper abdomen, nausea, heartburn ,regurgitation.   I had an upper endoscopy last month and it showed up reactive gastropathy.  Dr told me to continue PPI medicine.   Been taking it for last 4 months.   No changes yet.   Dr sent me for an right upper abdomen ultrasound and got the results today.  She said she is doing this ultrasound to check for liver, gallbladder.    I am trying to understand myself what this indicates and if anything makes sense to my symptoms and discomfort. Does the report says anything serious? Is this reversible?  I see that it says something about liver size and condition. Is that something serious? Is that reversible? Any medication that helps with it? I don't take much oil or fat. How to reverse the condition? My endoscopy showed reactive gastropathy. Is that because of liver condition.

Hello doctors, What tests should I do to confirm peripheral artery disease? Because I am having some symptoms like 1. Throbbing in legs after walking, 2.Pinching feeling and little discomfort in leg calf after walking and while standing 3.Heaviness and little numbness feeling in feet of right leg after walking and high pulse feeling in throat  and Sometimes little fatigue happens at night. My blood pressure is 100/70. My blood pressure mostly stays low like 95/69 that's why my doctor suggested me to take polybion syrup. My B12 level is 318 (currently checked) Last month I checked my thyroid profile TSH was 3.28 and T4 was 11 and T3 was 1.26   And I am overweight. I daily walk for 30 mins. I am a 60+ housewife. I am facing sudden high blood pressure issues for 2 months. I am having anemia, high thyroid and asthma as well. I am taking medicine and inhaler for all this issues. Now my hemoglobin is 9.6. but suddenly in night times usually I am feeling sudden uneasy, dizziness and discomfort due to high blood pressure ( 141/90) after every 3-4 days interval associated with gastric and acidity and also sometimes shortness of breathing as well.
