Ankle tissue injury
Earlier this year, in February I rolled my left ankle while playing football. Initially it looked a normal sprain but the pain and swelling was too much and remained same for 2 days. I got an x-ray done and consulted an orthopedic doctor. He said there's a damage to the 'soft tissues or ligaments' around ankle. The leg was put in plaster for first three weeks and i've been using Tynor ankle binder ever since removing the plaster.
doc had said it'll take total of 45-50 days to be able to ease back into sports activities. but In fact it took me over 60 days to even walk without crutches. I slowly resumed playing football after nearly 4 months of proper rest since the injury. Today its been over 5 months and i still experience occasional pain and discomfort in the ankle.
How sever was my injury and what should i do about it now? Do i need any special exercises or a therapy?

Persistent neck pain
I am suffering from persostent neck pain and its not going away inspite of using ice pack ,hot water bag, exercises. I have had a back injury about 2 years back which resulted in slight wedging in lower back . this caused me a lot of discomfort and pain. I had to use belts and have attended physiotherapy for months. It got healed but because my job is a sitting job back pain started developing. I had my posture maintained, have been using lower back support. But the back pain always persisted although reduced so much that i dont really care. Now the problem has become complicated about 2 months back. I started developing neck pain. I have tried stretching exercises, yoga and had been using water bags. But all to no avail and the pain keeps going on. Also got tested for spondalytis. Thankfully i havent got it . I also need to visit a doctor. Please suggest should i visit a physiotherapist or a chiropractor or a neurologist?. In the mean time please suggest anything to get some relief.

Chondromalacic Patella
I have chondromalacic patella from almost 4 months and i have been doing all kind of Rehab/Stretching/Strengthening exercises from 3 months but still the pain in my leg persists. Main problem is during walking and I am not able to get to my original walking speed and there is lot of discomfort/pain while walking.
The PT i am consulting says it will get better but its been long and now i am definitely scared, whether this problem is going to resolve or not.
Have visited couple of doctors, everybody gives the same opinion of Rehabilation(Which i have been continuously following) but i feel we are not able to get to the root cause. My MRI says small ACL injury and a bit of synovial effusion and a bit of degeneration of meniscus but clinically all doctors say that I shouldn't worry much about MRI report and clinically all looks fine.
My knee pain started in January in LK but now it's on both the knees.
Please help in diagnosing the root cause

Night dress
Hello Doctor,
I am a 23-year-old male. I have a few questions regarding the best sleeping clothes for genital health.
I usually have normal erections during the night or when I wake up, and sometimes I notice a small amount of clear pre-ejaculate (precum), which I understand is normal. Because of this, I do not feel comfortable sleeping without underwear.
I also cannot wear loose boxer shorts or joggers because they are uncomfortable for me and do not provide enough support. I prefer well-fitting cotton trunks or joggers with bikini-style underwear. Another issue is that my scrotum sweats easily. When I walk or when the weather is hot, the skin of my scrotum rubs against my thighs, sometimes becomes red, and feels irritated. I would like to reduce sweating, friction, and discomfort while sleeping.
I have my own room, but I am not comfortable sleeping completely nude.
i have option joggers with underwear bikini style or only trunk underwear.

Concern About Digestive, Neurological, a
My daughter develops several symptoms after eating, especially after consuming oily or fatty foods. The symptoms usually include:
Stomach and body bloating
Abdominal discomfort or pain
White vaginal discharge
Brain fog and difficulty thinking clearly
Mood swings, irritability, and anger
Tingling sensations throughout the body
Dull-looking face with dark circles under the eyes
Dark pigmentation around the mouth
Slouched posture
Limbs appearing curled up or stiff
Knock knees
Reduced concentration and mental clarity
These symptoms seem to worsen after oily meals. I would like to know what conditions could cause this combination of digestive, neurological, mood-related, and physical symptoms, and what investigations or tests may be needed. Could this be related to food intolerance, nutrient deficiencies, digestive disorders, hormonal issues, or another underlying medical condition?

Hip Labrum Tear
I am reaching out because I have recently been diagnosed with a hip labral tear, and I am seeking your expert guidance, medical suggestions, and a comprehensive treatment plan to help me manage the persistent pain and safely restore my mobility. The discomfort in my groin and deep within my hip joint has significantly impacted my daily routine, making regular activities, prolonged sitting, and exercise increasingly difficult to tolerate. I would greatly appreciate your recommendations on whether we should initialy focus on conservative management—such as targeted physical therapy to strengthen my surrounding stabilizing muscles, activity modifications, and anti-inflammatory options—or if my specific imaging suggests that surgical intervention is a more viable long-term solution. Please let me know what next steps, diagnostic reviews, or lifestyle adjustments you recommend so that I can reduce this joint irritation and effectively begin my recovery process under your care.
