Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

Hello doctor, I have been living sedentary life style since 7 years, work in software. I started walking few days back, while walking I face very minimal pain or discomfort in left, that also comes only in ankle area. But if I try to start running then starting from first running step till next 15-20 steps I tried, I always get strong pain in my leg bone, at front of leg between calf muscle to ankle length. I get no extra/different pain in muscle, I am very sure it's only in bone that too while running only. Could you please suggest what it is and how to manage/improve at home before visiting any doctor. I also get pain in heel when I walk in morning first few steps. Also which doctor to meet if I am not improving after trying suggestions. Fyi, My current vit d is 21, with consultation from a general physician I have started 1 capsule of d-360 weekly once. It all started a month back I started experiencing pain around my glans when I looked at it it was all red, moist and some white discharge all over foreskin I suspected it to be balantitis I used ointment which had ( clotrimazole, beclomathasone, neomycin sulphate) and an antibiotic tablet azithromycin 500mg. It went away in 3-4 days. I took antibiotics only three days and used ointment for 4 days and stopped as it had went away. Now a week later I started having tiny, non itchy, non discharging red spots all over glans and sometimes on foreskin. I have been keeping a very good hygiene since the treatment of balantitis( I think that's what it was, not sure though) as i mentioned before. The problem is those spots goes away after spreading all over glans in 5-6 days time. And comes back again in a couple of days. Should I What is it? Is it serious? It doesn't cause any discomfort it's just causing me anxiety to have those on penis.

I have breathing problum...i feel diffuclity breething and some times headach and discomfort in chest.....when i went to chest physician he hand taken chest xray, ecg and blood suger ,chlosteral ,urine test,complete blood count and i got the folloeing results in ECG: sInus rhythm leftward axis other wise normal ECG hematology: HB 15.2 gm/dl WBC:11000 cells/cumm RBC 4.92 mill/cumm HCT 44.9% MCV 91.3% MCHC 33.9 g/dl platelate count 292000 lacs blood suger 91 mg/dl total chlosteral 270 mg/dl

I am unmarried but sexually active from 3 years. From last one year i m suffering from vaginal infection. Watery discharge and sometime yellowish discharge and when discharge comes itching occur.... Discharge is like mucous nd yellowish.... Done blood tests and VDRL.. That was non reactive...  done urine culture 2 times... It was positive... E coli organism is detected. Had taken many probiotics and antibiotics... Manurol... Oxyfloxacin... Levofloxacin... Amoxicillin... Cephalexin... Azithromycin...amakicin... Many more... Also taken fluconazole,  itraconazole... All drugs r resistant now... I m very tensed about this infection... How to cure this... No medicine is showing effect...is this curable or not? How to overcome this itching, discharge and discomfort... Plz help... Thik ho bhi jayega infection? From may2017 i m taking medicines but infection is still present.

Short of breath on minimal physical activity (walking up or down stairs). Hypotensive on standing. Fatigued most of the day, even though well rested. Discomfort in upper chest sometimes, attention will be brought to it because of a big heave that my heart will make. Along this heave there will be a chest pain although it fades away, leaving me scared. Recently moody - was happy then got really violent with my sibling without my control. A couple times upon standing I have partially seized - partially meaning I was awake when a numbness spread throughout my body and I called out for my mom repeatedly as my arms started convulsing and repeatedly hitting the wall. That has happened several times. Heart rate while standing will rise up to constant 140+. Have vomited from the nausea felt with the chest fluttering and pain episodes. Have been to doctors before, diagnosed malnutrition and sent me off - but I am not, I eat every meal of the day. Sometimes I am actually very hungry (like now).

I had long course of antibiotics after septoplasty, which were prulifloxacin (percin), cefixime trihydrate (mortega), Cefixime Dicloxacillin (Cefi XL), Levofloxacin (Glevo), & Moxifloxacin (Mahaflox). After 15 days of taking last dose of antibiotic I started feeling upset in stomach. Doctor prescribed me probiotics (VIBACT DS). I got some relief. But now its been more than 20 days my stomach is still little upset (somr hard stools, more bowel movements etc.)  I am also taking Rafron DSR capsules (rabeprazole + domperidone). For which i read that rabeprazole also causes abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation, gas etc. I also tested stool, there is no blood, occult blood or any other abnormalities. So i was wondering what exactly causing my abdominal discomfort. Shoud I stop taking Rafron DSR capsules? Or if the condition is caused by antibiotics, then how much time it will take to settle? (Its already 23 days now since my stomach is upset)

My age is 23 years. Recently I started feeling too much tired by evening and at night when I go bed, I feel discomfort in my legs. I took blood test. The report mention that I have low vitamin D (9.37 ng/ml) and folate (4.3 ng/ml) with increased homocystiene (43.15 umol/l). Reference ranges are, for vitamin D (30-100 ng/ml), for folate (>5.38 ng/ml), and for homostiene (<30 umol/l). I am also having severe hair loss from past 2 years and stomach bloating and burping is quite common from last 4 years, which non of the doctors succeed to cure. I am a pure vegetarian and do not eat outside food as well as I am prone to a kind of gastric symptoms.

Since the last 1.5 yrs after being diagnosed with Jaundice I have been suffering from some nasty digestion problems. My jaundice got cured within 3 weeks of treatment but digestion problems persist. No matter what food I eat I get bloating, heaviness and discomfort in my stomach. I also have 3-5 bowel movements per day which is not at all normal for me. My stool is loose and there are sometimes large undigested particles in the stool, also the quantity of stool is big. I have no stomach cramps/pain, no blood in the stool, no fever, no weight loss. My problem gets worse if I eat fibre rich food otherwise it remains under control. I went to doc, he did many tests but everything is normal. No infection, nothing abnormal found in ultrasound therapy (except fatty liver which is pretty common I guess), no thyroid, no diabetes, HIV tests are negative. What can it be? Colitis? Crohn's disease? IBS? I'm so confused!

Hello, I am male 30 years old, I have chest pain in the middle of the chest all the time at rest and Feeling a pulse in left side of the breast . And wink in the heart and some times i feel light headed .I am concern because some times i will feel that i will get a heart attack. I can do sport without pain and i breath normally. The doctor gave me propranolol 10 mg 1 -3 times a day as need, is helped me a lot for the discomfort but i don't want use it daily so i don't get used to it. I already did EKG and blood test 4 times in ER and the test is normal and i did stress test , ECHO , x ray , radiology, and all this test is normal. the doctor want do catheterization , coronary angiogram but i am very concern about it because has some risk and my father refused me to do it. the medicine that i take regularly amaldopine 5mg, Omeprazole 20 mg , and baby aspirin 81 mg. what should i do . I have always had irregular bowel movements & oflate the stools are hard. For the past 10 days, there is an irritation in the anus when passing stools, sometimes painful. Last night again the stools were hard and passing them, there was burning sensation and dull pain which lasted the whole night. I feel as if there is some wound inside the anus though I cant feel it by touching. I have been eating only fruits for dinner for the past week and plan to continue always. today I ate fruits through the day hoping to have soft stools, in the evening I passed slightly softer stools with little discomfort. I am a bank employee so it involves lot of sitting through the day, mostly I dont exercise much. I'm 42 years old and weigh 60kg. I'm a vegetarian. Is my problem hard stools only or internal hemorrhoids ? Is there any cure for it through food and lifestyle changes ? Does this condition require surgery ? Please suggest remedies, thanks
