Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

I have some pain in the right side of the mouth upper and lower jaw. I initially thought it might be a tooth pain.the pain is on upper and lower end of the tooth in that side. I see some swelling on the lower end of the jaw under the ears. My nose and ears completely blocked. I feel pain inside the ear. It's like pinch scratching pain. I feel the same pain in the lower end of the jaw too. I feel some discomfort in the entire right ear and the lower jaw end. The swelling is little and its under the ears near the jaw end. I feel Feverish and chills. But temp is normal. What could be the issue? Is it because of tooth or ears or sinuses? I used to get sinus issues often. I am in USA and difficult to go to doctor or dentist to check. When I swallow something or just saliva I hear the sound inside the ears.when I open my mouth, I hear the popping sound in the ear but it's not relieving the blockage. That is still the same. Please help.

From past 1.4 year I am having recurring pain in my side left lower abdomen, which happens in every 20 days interval and stays for 3 days, at that time only sleep helps me. Initially 1.4 year back when it started, it was one morning some discomfort, and immediately went to Ramkrishna Hospital nearby, had full body scan and finally given only one oil for masaage, but as time spend pain started comming, multiple doctors have been consulted some have prescribed with gas tablets others refferred to kidney specialist as when the pain comes it radiates through my back, consulted with aurthopadic, Sanjay Gandhi aurthopadic hospital for back pain, prescribed physiotherapy, which gives some relief for some time, but the pain keep coming and going, finally started homeopath, but due to covid19 from past 60 days that medicine is also stopped. As I can find some muscle underlying the skin, which usually become hard during pain, else soft. Please let me know which kind of doctor should I contact.

Dear Doctor My name is Ram 23yrs old . I am suffering from a shoulder problem for years . I don’t know how to explain it exactly in message ..I am reason for this shoulder problem ..Right now my shoulders are uneven because during my age of 14 15 seeing my stupid friends doing unnecessary bodybuilding activities I also used to lift weights to develop my arms without any knowledge in weight lifting and I was keep on doing it in right hand only and I did it in wrong way also approx for 6 months ..after some days I left these activities ..Later I found right shoulder looks build but feels like pulling down and left remains Normal ..while wearing shirt shoulder looks normal I didn’t felt anything so I didn’t care ..but now I feel like something disgusting in my right shoulder ..exactly in the bone starting from right side neck,,Is it curable doctor..last 1wk I am feeling discomfort I can't sleep in any position ,,right shoulder feels very down

Sir/Ma'am, I'm having severe migraines on most days. I also have very low energy levels. My resting heart rate is between 65-75 on an average. I'm having severe chills today, accompanied by tightness and discomfort in my chest. I have to wear a sweatshirt to stop feeling cold, but I'm swearing as well. I don't have any fever. I'm having a lot of nausea as well. My water intake is between 3-4 litres in a day. There's an odd sensation in my ears. I'm on anxiety and depression medication, namely Sertraline 50mg and Atavin 1mg. I've recently started excercise of 1-2 hours daily, and have been having migraines since before that. My stools are normal, but have been more smelly than usual. My urine is also normal, and clear in color. I have a history of anxiety attacks but I do not think this is an anxiety attack, as I have not witnessed these symptoms before and am feeling neutral mood-wise. Aneurysmal bone cyst is present inside my right knee Is there any way to remove  without operations like scooping out the cyst from bone ? It started with discomfort in my knee sometime around March 2019 and in Oct 2019 mri shown My leg started to swell I don't know why? i'm employee more of stairs as my home is in 3 floor I can strain on my leg is higher then I started putting pressure on left leg I used lot of volini spray  after doctor suggestions I stopped that at times I used have a weird feeling of fire sensation inside my knees took painkillers Its 2020 now my nerves are visible above my knee so I thought that it is variscose veins I don't know why my left leg started swelling after sometime but less compared to right I don't want operations any other alternative I'm afraid that if the cyst grows that would lead to bone fracture as it is located in the edge leading to difficulty in operation I'm not sure if I can do exercise like squats, running folding legs ?

Flat stool ( not much) , some time normal , sometime flat (little) , rare constipation & diarrhea , occasionally gas , heavy food causes problem . milk , wheat intolerance , sometime gas causes of pulse . Not blood , no pain , no vomit ... problem persists if I take heavy food in night (mainly) . If I take froot , pure curd , anything pure even wheat then nothing happens. But I afraid to flat stool ( not much thin ) slightly flat. From last 3 months I have observed no pain , no blood , no vomit. Symptoms trigger when I have taken oily or market food. I visited to doctor after compete blood count test , CRP ( reactive protein something ) , and blood in stool .. they have prescribed coloaspa X and probiotics and.... immunobioitics. Nothing happened ...my main concern was about flat stool (why) . Due to this I feeling itching in my anus some time , anal discomfort . Does it is time to go for colonoscopy ? Because doctor one time said for all problem one solution colonoscopy but unfortunat

High fever for last 3 days. I had minor allergic symptoms on Friday, 26/07/19. Took anti allergy medicine but late in night started experiencing high fever 102 f with headache and body ache. Took paracetamol but no relief in fever.No other major cold or throat infection symptoms. Visited Doctor next day. He could not see any major infection but very minor throat infection. Prescribed Clarithromycin 500 mg twice a day , montair FX and paracetamol tab. Have taken 4 dosage but still have 100 f fever. I am not very sure whether antibiotics was really required as I was not experiencing any discomfort in my throat . As per doctor, there is possibility of bacterial infection because paracetamol was not effective Please advise should I wait for 1-2 days and continue with present medicine or need some other medications or test.

I've been noticing a swelling in the left foot, which keeps increasing during the day and remains so until I go to bed. There is also a lighter swelling in my right foot. My height is 5ft. 5.5inches and weight is 67 kg. Not diabetic. Hba1c is 5, but Uric acid level is 9.4. Consulted a doctor here through Practo and was adviced medicines namely Febustat40, Uprise D3 60K, Supracal Hd and Neurobion Forte. Now on it since past two days. No signs of relief yet. Was also asked to consult a cardiologist. My BP is also normal. I do not have any discomfort as such. I take a one hour brisk walk every morning, while I'm mostly sedentary the rest of the day. Also note that I am on a Keto diet for almost a year now as a result of which my diabetes has reversed and my weight has gone down 21 kilos. The weight reduction and diabetes were rapid, all within a matter of weeks. I now continue to maintain the diet. I would appreciate a response from a Keto friendly doctor.

I am 41 years old unmarried male. I am 108kg obese guy. Recent Echocardiogram report had shown Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction, trivial TR, mild PAH. Lab report done 2 months ago is normal. I suddenly get breathing discomfort,dry cough,  headache, yawning, unable to talk, I am forced to take deep breath.From my childhood I have Asthma problem. I was taking medicine Montek AB, Formoflo inhaler, Asthalin rotohaler. For the past 2 month I stopped having asthma medicine due to no chest tightness.I reported to a Pulmonologist few days ago, Doctor gave me medicine Doxiflo M and Predmet 4mg. He saw my Echocardiogram report too. I still get sudden breathing difficulty, headache. What could be my problem? I am worried. I don't go for walking due to fear of breathing problem. I want to do TMT. What could be my problem? I am having anxiety disorder medicine for the past 1 month Zozert100mg, Maxgalin75mg 2, Lonazep 1mg, Zeptol CR200, Pantosec D.

I got operated for colonic inertia(subtotal colectomy-ascending to sigmoid anastomosis on 27.03.2019)20 days after surgery,I started having problems like spasms in lower abdomen,a sense of incomplete evacuation and pass stools for 4-5 times..Doc thought it is an infection and gave medicine for the same...Had 12 day course of antibiotic(1st course-5 days,2nd course-7 days)after that when i went to him he said it is due to SRUS(I have rectoanal intussusception and mucosal prolapse also SRUs)he went for sigmoidoscopy and found thr same and prescribed mesacol enema and SRfil enema.But im having problems like stool not coming out clearly(lower abdomen,rectum is getting heavy but only little stool is coming out and causing discomfort)and then Im having spasms in lower abdomen and rectum..Also feeling heaviness in lower abdomen and rectum and feeling something moving up and down in rectum and lower abdomen...Also very bad smelling gas is coming out..Is intussusception(SRUS)the reason?plz tell
