Vaginal infection and Itching.
Swelling & irritation in the inner labia, persistent throughout the day. Pricking/itching sensation, especially around the clitoral region and inner labia. Tiny pimple on inner labia majora - burst a few days ago, followed by swelling and irritation. Burning/heated feeling in the vaginal area. Small White clots / discharge in urine, but no unusual vaginal discharge. Grainy/rough texture on the inner labia majora. Irritation restarts frequently, especially after urination. Coconut oil provides temporary relief, but symptoms persist. No foul smell or abnormal colored discharge observed. No fever or body aches, only localized constant discomfort. Symptoms ongoing for 3-4 days, gradually worsening. It's very uncomfortable. Please suggest natural remedies if possible.

You are having vaginitis. Take FAS 3 kit both partners. Candid v6 vaginal tab inserted into vagina for 6 nights. Vaginova tab OD for 10 days. Go for blood Sugar both fasting and PP.
