Hlo! I have right sided head ache esp around my eye and below cheek pain... my right arm also feel tingling n numb n right leg also.. today morning left leg also was having pins n needles type sensation though... This discomfort in the upper head seems to originate from neck... I had MRi of spine 6 month ago.. doc said no compression dere.. gave me oil n to do neck exercises... I Did not have any symptoms in these months.. I was told by eye doctor that u also have dry eyes which put strain on ur eyes n head So has my problem worsened now coz of bad posture n excessive phone use ( I am right handed)... also I hear creech creech sounds while moving neck n arm... I haven't been to physiotherapy ever

Hi, I am a 28-year-old man and in 2008 I was diagnosed with keratoconus and advised to go LVPEI for treatment.Since 2008 i have been wearing Hard contact lenses.In 2012 i went and did C3R in my right eye but left eye was in advance stage so the procedure could not be done.Hence i continued with piggy back contact lenses in my left eye and RoseK lenses in my right eye. Till now i didnt face any issues with my vision.Binocularly my vision was 100% but since few days i am feeling discomfort in my left eye.I have a feeling of vision imbalance between my left and right eye which was not there all yrr these year. I have a feeling that if i go this time for  checkup the only option they would tell is cornea transplant.I am a software engineer and work 9-10hours a day in front of computer and phone.I am scared whether if the transplant is done how successful will it be.Will i be able to see,will my vision improve and most importantly what about my job.How soon will i be able to go back to work

Hi does pleural effusion cause upper and middle back pain and chest pain ?in aug done hrct it showed minimal bilateral plueral effusion and infective etiology.I am experiencing this discomfort from sept but from last 1 month it became severe it's more when I wake up in the morning feeling heaviness and pain in the upper n middle back.while I am prostrating iam feeling pain in upper chest and upper back. Feeling feverish shortness of breath occasionally but temp is normal and sometimes 98.3 to 99.3. .no pain while working Cbp crp serum creatinine serum uric acid thyroid nt pro bnp lft lipid vit b12 normal Esr 28 vit d3 16. My dad, age 64, has a gall bladder surgery 2-3 years back. After that, he has been having some discomfort in his chest, mostly in the side and below nipple area. He starts sweating immediately after that happens. Bec of dat hes getting scared nowadays given his age. He has done fasting and post sugar, it was fine. He has done ecg, thyroid, echo test, (that too multiple times), that came fine, after that he did ultrasound abdomen it was fine, just some growth on liver which the local gasentrologist said is fine. We have been to the opd multiple times, he's not getting any result. Please guide us what to do! I am doing wfh as of now, so he stays a little less worried, but once office opens m afraid he might panic! Please help us to narrow down the disgnosis! He also says he feels like gas below chest but he takes gas medicine as well. Please help me out!

Hi i took very very hot steam inhalation directly from stove without offing it when the water was full boiling witout turning off the stove daily tgruce continously for a month.I used to do with kavrol plus, turmeric and zindatilismat.Is there any chance of throat or lungs cancer or any other type of cancer due to this process of steam inhalation continuously thrice for a month daily direct from the stove without offing it.I mean because of the gas as the stove was on and I was inhaling the gas too.Because iam having severe throat itching and soreness along with discomfort in ears from almost 2 months.Used billagra, azee,Doxcyp,medrol16mg(steroid)nasal spray,salt gargle,montek of,lexcin mk,betadinesolution,but no improvement in the symptoms.Plz plz reply iam very much worried.TIA.

2 months ago suddenly at noon my legs started biting.Then in the evening my Right testicles became heavy and after few hours both testicles began to hurt.I was scared.Then I went one of the experienced Surgeon in our town. He let me do some tests with scortial USG. All reports are good.  There are only epididymal cyst.I went to that doctor again a month later bcz the prob still didn't go away.I feel discomfort in my testicle every time and some time its hurt badly.Doctor checked me well and said maybe nerve irritation.There is nothing to worry about.  It will be fine by itself.A month later, I'm now better than before.But some prob are happening. 1.Suddenly a mild pain around of my testicles for a few seconds.Sometimes it feels like an ant bite in my scortum.2.From behind, it feels like a waves seem to be flowing across my back to the testis,and my thighs.It does not hurt.3.After sitting for some time,thighs,Hips & testicle part seem to be slight numb. After a short walk It become fine

Can clonezepam 0.5 give side effects like unable to read and understand and process information,getting confusion when moving sometimes across computer screens,blurry vision sometimes in evenings when working on computer,imbalance feels ( in evenings).i was prescribed clonezepam.0.5 for anxiety neurosis.i also sometimes get pain on the temple area of forehead( both sides ) like some nerve pain which almost gives me like.brain signals are weakening/ gives me a fainting like feel  and sometimes this discomfort runs right across my nostrils and forehead.iam.hesitant to continue this drug and my sleep has also decreased but continuing to take it.this is very difficult to bear .can this be migraine or just physchiatrist nerve pain caused by anxiety neurosis and not related to drug. i have been taking this drug for 5.5 months and please suggest a tapering plan if possible.my EEG latest has returned normal without any traces of seizures.

Dear Doctor, Medical history :I have acidic reflux and anxiety Height-5, 11 Weight-106kg Last few months the situation facing by me is really horrible... during the night time or early hours in the morning like 1-3 am suddenly i got wake up with chest discomfort like chest pressure and chest tightness including breathlessness...after sometime slowly it calm down and getting sleep. At that time i have checked oximeter my pulse rate and oxygen rate is normal. Since January 2020 i have undergone tests like bp, sugar, cholesterol, tmt,ECG, 2d-echo, chest x-ray, pulmonary function test but all the reports are normal except HDL got bit low around 28. Hence kindly advice with your valuable comments and let me know do you want me to include any tests or suggest me to repeat any tests

I'm 31 years old Male diagnosed with supracondylar fracture elbow with comminuted Intracondylar extension right humerus. Surgery underwent is ORIF with Locking Recon plating under general anaesthesia. This happened 5 years 7 months ago. There are 2 plates and 9 screws in my right arm. Recently, 6 months ago I visited the same Dr and thankfully he said union is complete and implants can be removed. But due to this pandemic I couldn’t able to go for surgery. Now I recently started doing some light workouts at home like push ups every day and I’m not feeling any pain or discomfort. My question is whether I can start doing workouts in gym like weight lifting? Can I do it safely without causing any issues or damage to my bone? If I can do it, should I be taking any specific precautions? Also if I get any pain should I stop immediately? I’ve attached 2 X-Rays. One is taken on day of accident (Feb-2015) and another is latest one with implants (Mar-2020). Thank you in advance for your response

I have lower jaw pain under the right ear. It's been there for more than 2 and a half months. It started one day when I was chewing some soft food more than usual. Immediately I felt some discomfort and soreness in the mouth after eating. Next day I heard a pop in the jaw and jaw area under ear hurts to touch and swelling appeared. Been to ENT and no infection in sinus and ear. Went to dentist and he said to remove upper wisdom tooth and did that last month. Still the same symptoms. Now pain radiates to side of neck and top of head above ear. Side of neck is swollen a little and constant sore pain. It hurts to touch on top right side of head above ear. OMFS said it might be a tmj issue. I am not able to open my mouth wider. Hearing some soft sound or soft music pitch in ear while lying down. Does it indicates any jaw issue or TMJD?Neck and jaw under the ear hurts continuously. Any thoughts doctor?
