Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

On Monday of this week I was experience pain in my back. If I made a circle around my waist, it would have been a little bit above my belly button. I wasn't sure what caused the pain, but I thought it might have been from some heavy lifting I had done at work the Thursday before. However, the pain did not begin until that Monday, and by Tuesday it was completely gone. It hurt to move my body, and it was also painful if I pressed on my back. On Friday night (around 9pm) I began experiencing discomfort and started peeing blood. The pain increased and I felt the constant urge to pee even right after I used the bathroom. By about 4:30am the pain went away and I was no longer peeing any more blood. The exact same thing happened a few months ago, minus the back pain earlier in the week. I went to the ER and they gave me antibiotics for a UTI. I haven't had any other symptoms, and the pain and bloody urine only lasted around 7-8 hours each time, then I felt perfectly normal again. Any advice?

I found the symptoms bellow- *painfull and frequent ,urgent, drop drop urination occuring since 6-7 months *burning & itching sensation at urethra as well as inflamation in bladder and lower abdomen *feel some blockage of urine in penis during urination and taking 1-2 min time to initiate urination * not emptying the bladder completely *sometimes penis get compressed before initiate urination if i hold and delay the urine for some time *since some days feeling weak thigh and fatigue in thigh and knee with whole muscles in both leg's and discomfort in standing i have already tested (like ultrasound, sonography ,urine culture, blood test etc.) and not found any abnormality in kidney, stone problem, prostate gland, or any infection ,nothing found, not a UTI docter said normal pain still i have the above said symptoms. but i guess, it may be a urethritis problem to which my symptoms are matched found in internet, but i am confused how to cure,plz help me sir

I have been experiencing worsening periods alongside other symptoms for a period of six months. Period pain has increased and ovary pain in particular has become more prevalent over time. The last three months have been excruciating for me and have stopped me leaving my home or moving around due to the discomfort. Pain is severe in both ovaries and comes and goes throughout the majority of my cycle. It ranges from dull aches to sharp pain that can be so severe I need to sit down and wait for it to pass. This last period (which has just ended) has been the worst for pain and heavy bleeding. It also started, stopped, and then started again, changing from dark brown blood to fresh red blood which has never happened before. I experienced brown discharge before my period for two months now. I suffer from degenerative disc at L1S5 level with nerve root compression which affected testicile pain, I was on pregabid me 75 for the same and got relief but another problem start , tingling pain in penis top with burning sensation in lower limbs gradually spread to entire body. Doc gave me paxidep and zapiz for that and got relief, but started major gastro problem so I changed doc and the new doc gave me neurokind LC, with excersie (pawanmukta asan). In between I became more anxious regarding health problem and burning sensation back.. Any pain or discomfort in body create this thing , majorly penis area ignites the same and I feel nervous.. Prostate is OK as per USG and other part also... All normal blood test ok..doc gave me axogurad SR 75 and I am on that right now.. It increase with sitting and concentration ,watching movie. I try to ignore but it difficult.. Please help

I m facing constipation from past 6 months. It started with change in bowel habits. Here are my symptoms...1. Constipation..2. Sore Throat..2. Mild abdominal pain on left side (only facing from last 4 days)..3. Shiny stools..4. Visible Mucus (not always; after having churna)..5. Headache(Not always)..6. Depression..7. Dry skin..8. Loss of appetite...What shoul I do as i have tried isabgol, triphla, lavan bhaskara...Is it Irritable Bowel Syndrome?I am much worried about it...

I am unmarried and never had sex as such. I am having issue of blood streaked vaginal discharge, that is intermenstrual bleeding. I have started taking tablets prescribed by gynaecologist for that from today. But I also feel kind irritation,pain and discomfort inside my vagina. I also have history of right sided pelvic pain radiating to lower back and leg, which has remained undiagnosed yet. My scans such as USG and mri didn't show anything abnormal. Currently the pain is reduced than before. But I am worried about the discharge. I feel that something is wrong inside my vagina/cervix as I feel pain and irritation inside. I haven't been checked internally yet by any doctor. But I wished to be checked to rule out the cause of symptoms I am facing. Is it possible in case like me? I really need a doctor who can help me out as since 3 months I am facing this issue. Multiple antibiotics as well as 2 cycles of oc pills have been taken. Even from today with primolut n and antibiotic. Plz help

My cousin was going through a depression. Due to which she tried for suicide and she got a burn on the shoulder. After 40 days now of treatment at hospital, the wound is developing some blisters and it's turning reddish pink in colour. We are taking the dressing at our community hospital. After so many days also the wound is not curing. We fear if anything more happens. The doctor's at here say that by keeping the wound open it would get cured soon. In the beginning they were applying SYLVEREX IONIC next they started applying FUCIDIN OINTMENT then some tablet named BACTRIM d.s {they powdered it applied on wound} and now they applying NEOSPORIN H antibiotics ointment . So as they are keep changing the medicine does it cause some side effects and on pain they give painkillers in the form of injection or tablet. I want you to help me how to get cured soon as she feels very discomfort and very sad all the time. The wound now is size of Palm,how to heal it sooner and what are the suggestion

Hi Since few days am having a sudden pain in lower abdomen , below belly button. When I fold my legs and keep pressure it comes down and keep a warm bag so that I get relief. same time I feel pain at my Lower back as well & left side of my abbs . My urination is good but if I stop for more time I feel discomfort I I consulted the urinologist he said my penis skin is tight and my body is dehydrated and got treated with hameroids with good doctor earlier. I seen many articles in websites pertaining with my issues which actually scare me a lot . I don't know what need to be done. I feel stressed due to this I quit gym even am afraid of involving myself in sex with my partner as well which actually affecting my relation. So I request any of the Doctor to suggest me the exact solution to my issue so that I can stop being scared in involving myself on other activities. On Oct 06 I got 101 fever with chill. then started loose motion for 10 days sometime 8-10 times a day. First Prescription - Ofloxacin then Loperamide. Hard Stool 1-2 times after Loperamide. Then Second Prescription after 5 days - Rafixmin, Doxynec, Lee Dott & Lee Biotic. Next two days of pure water in motion. Third prescription - Loperamide, Ofloxacin & Lee Biotic. Watery Loose motion for 2-3 days. On Oct 15 I stopped all medicines. A few tests done some highlights are: Hb1Ac: 6.6 EGA: 142.8 Stool Occult - Positive Stool R/M - Normal Stool Culture - Normal C-Reactive Protein - 48 ESR - 28 Blood In Urine RBC - 2.6 (Urine) Hb - 15.5 Urea - 6 BUN - 12 BUN/Creatine Ratio - 6.5 Current Symptoms: 2-4 Stools Mushy or Soft Blob, Back Pain sometime, Pin Point pain on left side below ribs. Little Bit Dry Mouth and Bloating. I also have Kidney Stone of 3.1 mm in Left Kidney and 2.4 mm in Right Kidney. I have increased Salad, Veggie and Dal Intake and reduced Roti and Rice. Please Suggest.

3 years back I hav 3-4 times loose stools ith mucus  at morning ,one time i hav black semi solid   stools for continuous 3 days. and heavy gastric  So I do colonoscopy  biopsy, endoscopy ,usg abdomen  blod tests are normal.doctor  told IBS , prescribe vsl #3,gastric tablet 15 days and sarotena 10 mg for 6 months.my flatulence, loose stool problem gastric problem all r solved.now from august 22 I hav semi solid stool at 1st time in morning,after half an hour I hav loose stool  some times little mucus in it and gas passing through it. 7 months I hav 7-8times flatulence passing per day.some times  bad odour gas pasing, when eating frequently or eating groundnut . from 6 months I hv no abdominal pain but from march 23 I hav dul pain uper abdomenbelow the rib cage  occurs after every 2 hour of eating.DR gave IZRA 40 for 10 days daily 2 times.my pain is gone.after 2 days I hav heavy yellow mucus with litle drop blood in semi solid stol rexigut 400 mg  taken problem solved.it is due to IBS?
