I had vaginal boil on the vulva,my pubic area got infected during my pregnancy last week's and an incision was done by my gynec and drained also my pus was cultured and it was KLEBSIELLA SPECIES.My gynec prescribed ceftum 500mg,ultracet,sporocel,dolo,mupibact cream during infection Chymocet and suggested sitz bath and cloben g to apply after it drained But post it completely drained abscess removed too it's reoccurring sometimes painful again and again and self curing in 3-5 days I tried of bearing pain and discomfort Please suggest permanent cure or treatment for this app ny medication that need to be used like sanitary wash or probiotic or antibiotics let me know also OTC the medication prescribed was taken completely dosage suggested .I don't have any other medical history I'm a breastfeeding mother and my gynec prescribed thyronorm 37.5mcg and calcium and fe tablets .I had vaginal delivery my daughter is 78days old I'm having kind of pain during urination

I have been having weakness and stiffness in body for last 3 months. Feel difficult to do activities requiring strength. Feel pain in hands after doing exerting activities. Also have knee joint pain which makes it difficult to walk slightly. Initially there was only slight discomfort in left knee but one day i stretched my right knee awkwardly while wearing shorts. Since then I have pain in both knees, but right knee hurts mor I started doing daily 1 hr walking from last 1 month but get feet cramps  which resolve by evening. Hence, always feel the need to be conscious abt my body movements lest I strain or sprain anywhere. Visited new doc who told to do following tests. ESR - 10                  0-10 CRP - 1.6                0-10 RF - 12.6                 0-14 AntiCCP - <7       0-17 B12 - 116               200-911 Vit D - 10                20-50 B12 & D were tested 1 month ago. And I have been taking weekly b12 jnjections & vit d supplements as per prev doc advise. Plz help.

I've had 6-7 episodes of UTI in last 1 year..Culture report always shows Klebsilella Pneumoniae(not any other organism).. In June 2023,I had 1 bacteria(After treatment I had no bacteria in Dec 2023 in CUE) with normal pus cells and Colony count was 10,000..At that time symptoms were mild chills,nausea..Doc gave 1 week twice daily course of tab zostum o 200..After 2  weeks even though 1 bacteria was present in CUE,culture became sterile and symptoms reduced            After 1 month,I started having severe Chills,lower abdominal discomfort,nausea,loss of apetite,low grade fever(At that time I was taking meds for enteric fever-Taxim O 400 and Azithral 500) Urine test reports are attached.. Why am I getting bacteria in CUE(it has increased from 1 to 5) and why did colony counts increase despite taking treatment.. Also I'm having right loin pain,swelling in right feet Are both (Repeated UTI,Back pain)due to hydroureteronephrosis? If yes,then what needs to be done for the same..Kindly tell

I am 23 yo male with unhealthy bmi of 27 , i have job in a remote area , due to which all the food i eat is either processed or pre packed or ready to eat non sense and i am on this fiet since last 3 months eating fat and carbs only with little to no fruit and veggies, suddenly yesterday I developed inflammation/swelling inside my anal opening towards my rectum , the swelling is squishy , and hace decreased the girth of my anus , although i dont have pain discomfort, or blood coming out. My symptoms include - 1.multiple motions i am not able to relieve myself at once as soon as i eat food i feel the urge to defecate 2.from last 3/4 days my stool were released with slimy secretion due to low fibre diet they dont really have a shape(stools) 3.very little acidity is there 4.occasionally felt the need to itch the anus 5. Developed swelling just yesterday early morning i know it because i use indian toilet , please help although i sound calm but i am not able to sleep , please help

After exposure i have had the following symptoms: 1. Skin rashes( circular shape redness) 2. Penis discomfortness 3. Body weakness 4. Tingling in legs 5. Unusual spots in skin 6. White tongue 7. Back burning sensation 8. Feet burning sensation 9. Neck pain 10. Acute testes pain 11. Peeing more than normal 12. Cannot hold the peeing for 2 minutes 13. Lower stomach pain 14. Nerves contraction 15. Hip and tie pain Are they the symptoms of HIV? Or HSV? I did P24 antigen test in 45 days of exposure and 112 days of exposure whose results was non reactive. Again I did HIV 1 DNA detection PCR test in 120 days of exposure, Hiv 2 RNA detection PCR test in 130 days of exposure, Hiv 1 RNA detection in 144 days of exposure and HIV 1 Viral load test in 144 days of exposure. Again did HIV rapid test in 156 days of exposure. All results were target not detected. Vdrl after 150 days is also negative What test should I do now?

A month ago, i got knee got an abrasion by bike accident, above patella, there are 2 places where the skin scraped off, & the hypodermic layers were exposed. I got Tetanus toxoid vaccine, took proper course of antibiotics. (Antibiotics i took for a month are: 1. "Amoxyclav625-7days BD", 2. "Ceftum-10days BD", 3. "Amoxyclav625-10days TDS" with Clindamycin300-5days BD Alongwith, Chymoral forte TDS for 12days After the wound got covered by bandage on the day of injury, i kept going for work, & no discomfort till week was over. And now the wound started to itch, ache and i left wound open. Got drenched in rain 1-2 times. the skin around the wound started swelling up forming bubbles (containing red fluid), the wound was at 2 sites above patella, but the patch started growing exponentially, with bubbly appearance 5x times the size of actual wound site. After 1month, after i stopped antibiotics completing courses, & dry patch skin fell off. Leaving dull red-pink beneath new skin

I had undergone piles surgery about 3 months back. As I was recovering I developed a fissure in the anus. It has been more than 2 months but it's still not cured. I have tried various ointments such as Anovate,Lexopile, Ofess gel,etc and laxatives such as Cremaffin plus, Lactifiber,etc and sitz bath too. My water intake is around 3 liters and I am on a high Fibre diet. I exercise regularly. Still the problem persists. I have a problem of hard stools even after having 3 tsf of lactifiber with a glass of water in the night. I have bowel movements 2 times in the morning & o ne in evening. The evening one is in particular hard & painful. I am looking for a good laxative/stool softener. My doctor has advised me 30ml of Cremaffin plus in night and local application of Sucral Ano cream. But when I took cremaffin plus earlier it led to discomfort & nausea. Please suggest me what should I take as laxative/stool softener. Is plain Cremaffin advisable?

It started with sore throat and devoleped acidic burps reflux with headache and urinary problem then lower back pain and abdominal pain in upper left and right area then jaw pain with poping when open and chest bone pain. My GP told me to take arthritis panel test. ct of kidney and throat is fine. endoscopy is fine.Mri shows little buldge in upper back. Symptoms that are currently present 1.Throat pain if I speak for a long time. 2. pain in the chest bone 3.  Sharp abdominal pain in the upper right and left. The same in the rear as well.4.Nerve discomfort in the right thigh.5.Stool with blood (4 times so far). 6.lot of burping, some of it is acidic and the throat look like scratched meat and have red bumbs(throat swab and ESR is negative).7.I've have urinary issue such as not feeling my bladder empty after peeing.my bladder empty after. 8.lower back pain(RA fac is negative). 9.jaw poping sound when opening jaw  10.When I take a deep inhale, I hear a click sound in chest. Hello doctors. Im suffering from a kind of difficulty or unpleasant discomfort attack since 10 year. The difficulty start suddenly and remain till the 30 to 1 minute and slowly I feels relief and normal, I never be unconscious during the difficulty attack. Im taking 2 medicine Clobazam and Lacosamide but still cured of problem. This difficulty doesn't detect in EEG In normal condition even long 4 hour only 2 time has detected in EEG, show abnormal sharp wave discharge from temporal lobe region and MRI report show 1.Ring shaped cortical/subcortical lesion with eccentric dot and blooming on SWI and calcification on phase images in the left hippocampal with minimal surrounding edema. Findings represent calcified granuloma most likely related to neurocysticercosis. Other diagnostic consideration is tuberculosis. 2.Volume loss and no definite increased signal of left hippocampus as compared to the right with slight dilation of left temporal horn. Findings are suggestive of left MTS.

Yesterday i kept getting these strange sensations on my upper chest which led me not being able to breathe all day.At night i was just eating maggi where i suddenly got sweaty, nauseated,sick,clammy hands.i couldn't breathe properly while this was happening i told my mum i didn't feel right and i wanted to go to ER,but cos of my previous er trip and all the tests costing alot of money and all of em coming back normal.My mum told me that i am on medication (propranolol 40mg)and started scolding me to stop being scared like a baby.The thing she doesn't realise that i actually thought i was dying.I went to my bed at this point the symptoms started fading its been atleast 15 mins.i am sleeping upside down and while this my right hand index and middle finger started to feel uncomforta(I can't describe it just didn't feel right) after a few secs to a min.This mild pain started travelling slowly to my elbow few mins later it reached my shoulder.what is this?upper chest discomfort is still the
