Hello doc...recently my husband had lot of scans in this week i.e mri brain spine ultrasound ecg endoscopy n ct scan with contrast dye...actually from january he is having white tongue weakness litttle bit left intestine discomfortness..so he gone through all these tests and got diagnoised with left hyperintense intramedullary lesion in mri spine test and also chrones disease in ct scan test...doctors told us both are not major ones until n unless lesion size improves no pblm with it lets go for regular followup for lesion size n use medicines for dat chrone disease..but after dat horrible contrast ct scan he became completely weak n lot of hunger feeling is this weakness due to dat contrast dye only n also he is not sleeping through day n night is it due to general depression tension or is it a sign for any risky spine or chrone disease problems..plz tell me ...actually he is feeling like i vl be okay na nothing vl be happen to me na like dat sir...plz reply me sir..

Skin peeling off scrotum and now it's raw and red and even foreskin is tight to pull back and inflamed and sore/raw to touch for couple of days lately. I had applied neosporin ointment but got no relief. I maintain good personal hygiene and always wear loose cotton undergarments. Last time I checked my sugar levels were in range but it was around 6 months back. I think I will go for blood sugar tests (fasting and PP) but I want to wait for some days because I have just completed a course of steroids for my asthma and sugar level might be elevated. Please suggest some medicines to get relief from the pain and discomfort. I also wanted to inform you that I am a patient of acute Asthma and allergic to asprin & other otc pain meds. I have just finished a course of Defcort 6mg yesterday. Currently I am taking Abphylline 100mg caps 2 times daily. Seretra 80mg tab once daily, Theo asthalin 4mg thrice daily and L-montus tabs at bedtime. Asthalin inhaler used several times daily.

Upon reviewing your films/report, the following issues were noted: Cervical Spine C3/4 - Arthritis or Facet Disease, Bone Spurs C4/5 - Bulging Disc, Bone Spurs C5/6 - Herniated Disc, Spinal Stenosis, Degenerative Disc Disease C6/7 - Disc Protrusion, Arthritis or Facet Disease, Bone Spurs X-ray: L3/4 - Moderate loss of disc height with facet disease, bone spurs L4/5 - Moderate loss of disc height with facet disease, bone spurs. There is extremely unbearable burning pain in the left arm and loss of strength, numbness in arm as well. Showing signs of radiation in the right arm but not as intense as the left arm. Shooting pain in the left buttock radiating half way down the hamstring. 90% of feeling is lost in the left foot and complete loss of feeling in left toes. Mild loss of feeling in right toes. MRI review also stated there was a mass effect on exiting root nerves at C5/6 and there is flattening of the ventical cord. private area discomfort and pain, throat pressure.

I had an laparoscopic assisted open inguinal hernia repair surgery right sided on 24th November 2015. i have 3 pin holes and one 2inch long incision in groin. a piece of 250gm fat momentum was removed from that cuts which was incarcerated in scrotum. 15cm x 15cm mesh is placed. Operation took 30 min, Ga was given and I was fully awake after 1 hour and was talking normally to everyone. I did not felt much pain in recovery period till first 6 weeks. In 7th week I went to Mumbai on flight after landing I was feeling little pain and discomfort just above penis like burning sensation. On and off I still feel that burning sensation and pain if stand for more than 1 hour or sitting straight for long hours. Last night I went to disc and had a light couple dance and it pained and after sitting for 30 minutes pain went away. Plz guide me is there anything serious or it will go with time. I want to walk on treadmill, run do my normal physical activities. Light weight exercises etc. Plz guide me

My daughter develops several symptoms after eating, especially after consuming oily or fatty foods. Had my last period from 15th Feb to the end of Feb, which was also associated with heavy bleeding, severe pain & clots After that, NO periods for March, April,May. I started spotting from 4th Jun to 12th Jun, and since 13th June till ~24th June) I have been having continuous bleeding with clots. The bleeding varies but I am currently using around 3–4 pads per day Clots are sometimes large: coin-sized). I had abdominal pain b4 the bleeding started, but currently there is no significant pain but there is a lot of weakness & discomfort. My cycles are irregular. Dr suggest USG, bt completed a full course of Pause MF (started on 19th Jun & finished all 10 tab), bt bleeding & clots are still continuing As I'm out of town for work in remote area, 1. Can pelvic USG be done while I'm still bleeding 2. Which USG to do if yes 3. Wat are the causes of this prolonged bleeding after missing period for few months 4. Are there Any urgent warning signs for which I shud seek immediate care?

Hello ma’am, I need some help with a separate issue regarding my scalp condition. For the past few months, I’ve been experiencing itchiness due to flakiness on my scalp. I used Scalppro shampoo earlier, and it helped at that time. However, since the last week of March, the itching has worsened. I’ve also started noticing small bumps and rashes on my scalp. Around that same time, I began using the TRESemmé Keratin Smooth Hair Spa (complete kit), so I suspected it might be causing an allergic reaction. I stopped using it After that, I switched to using Scalppro shampoo along with Herbal Essences shampoo and conditioner (paraben-free). It provided slight relief, but the problem is still there. I also tried using a mild daily shampoo and took Cetirizine for a few days for allergy relief. While I was on the medication, the itching improved, but it returned after I stopped taking it. Additionally, I’ve been experiencing mouth ulcers and some stomach heat/liver-related discomfort recently. I’m not sure if this is connected to my scalp issue or if it’s purely an allergy. Could you please guide me on what this might be and suggest appropriate treatment

My Ecg is normal sinus rhythm,echo was normal done 4 months ago(ef=65%), .but tmt was positve  but my invasive coronary angiogram report is  normal arteries with slow dye clearance, microvascular angina just one year ago(2024 december,dated 21/12/24).calcium score was 0 in 2023 ct cag test report ( november, 2023)too, hs crp value is 0.48, apoa1 is 141, apoB is 50.3 HDL 54, ldl 64, tg 55, cpk mb 19( ref was <25), hb1c 5.2 done all tests in october'25 I feel discomfort and tightness & heaviness like feeling & pain and heaviness with tightness the left chest & upper chest  & at sometime even at rest.moreover feel palpitation type of sensations sometime .high bass sound makes me feel very uncomfortable feeling in chest. Taking clopidogrel 75 od & rosuvastatin 10 od. Non smoker, non alcoholic, non diabetic. Is it a heart related problem? Do i need to go for another angiogram? How to get rid of this? Taking clopidogrel 75 od & rosuvastatin 10 od. Non smoker, non alcoholic, non diabetic.walk everyday. Is it a heart related problem? Do i need to go for another angiogram?
