Hello Doctor, I am obese 41years old man, I have Asthma, urticaria. I have been diagnosed with GERD. Endoscopy done on 31st January 19. Gastroenterologist asked me to do Motility disorder test. I later met few more Gastroenterologist. They gave me medicine for GERD. I am having medicine for severe GERD symptoms. I have done Master health check up, report is fine. I was having High BP, now I don't, hence stopped High BP medicine. Recently I developed body discomfort, uneasy feeling, pain in chest , weakness in left hand, left leg. I took ECG. It was normal,  but  advised to meet Cardiologist. I met Cardiologist. He told me I am having severe stress because I am not working not married. He asked me to do TMT to rule out block, but I refused due to GERD vomiting feel and body is weak due to less food intake. My weight has reduced drastically from 116kg to 108.5kg in 3 months. My question why uneasy feeling, pain in left leg weakness in left arm? Chest collar bone pain. Why?

Hi i have some problem with my perineum.its been 2years when i noticed small soft lump inside my perineum.it can't be seen bt felt when pressing deep..but now it can be felt easily bt still its under deep tissue.IMPORTANT- LUMP BECOME VERY SOFT WHEN TESTIS COME IN RELAX POSITION AND GET MINOR HARD WHEN TESTIS ARE SHRINKED OR ELSE I CAN SAY ITS GET HARD WHILE ERECTION..it never pains and its very soft as well but now creating discomfort when wearing tight jeans or undergarments..from last many months iam feeling pain while pressing ischial tuberosity but lump never pains.when i sit on hard surface i feel pintching pain in near ischial tuberosity n also with tight clothing.i dnt have any lympnode urine problem..the lump from last 2.5 years it jst slightly grown but doesn't bother me..the bothering me is pain near ischial tuberosity muscles while pressing them hard..plz tell me wot it can be because iam veey much scared of cancer.i also feel pain in left scrotum line and groin only sumtym

Having occassional chest pain, choking sensation while moving upstairs, have pain in left hand, unnecessary fatigue & severe tiredness. Can't tolerate cold weather or air condition. Unusual severing occurs sometimes followed by sweating. Need Blanket throughout the year. Last few days continuous discomfort & pressure feeling at the middle of chest. Hence by advice of a Cardiologist done the following tests. ECG, ECCHO Screening, TMT, Tropnin I, PFT normal. Lipid profile shows abnormality. It is in borderline high to high risk zone. HbA1c 6.2,PP 135-145. Blood CBC,Hb normal.ESR & RBC width higher. Can't work for long time. Age 40,Female, married. Have great tension and stress due to family affairs. Present medicines : Rabeprazole 20 regularly for last 10 yrs. Tryptomer10 taking occassionally for last 10 yrs. BetacapTR 40 regularly for last 6 yrs., Thyronorm 25 regularly for last 5 yrs. No medicine for sugar or higher lipid has been  started yet. Presently Dr prescribed Rosuvas 40.

Sir I am 28years old men. In the day 16/08/16 at 6pm i feel some chest pain and afterday i go to hospital doctors say some diagonestic test.after test lipid profile Total cholesterol :203mg/dl Direct HDL:54.2mg/dl Direct LDL:118.8mg/dl Triglycerides :148mg/dl VLDL:30mg/dl Total cholesterol :3.75 LDL:HDL-2.19 And also done echocardiogram. This report says normal sized cardiac chambers and left ventricular ejection fraction is 67%. Also done TMT test. TMT test is negative provacable ischemia . Max HR:159bpm(82.81%of192bpm). Also done chest X-ray. That say lungs fields are clear and normal .i feel about 6-8 months left side of my chest is heavy and discomfort feeling. Some times I feel some flip flops on centre of the chest, pain in both sides of neck .some times feel just like mild electric shock on left side of chest and also some breathing problems. Why it is happening and what can i do. doctor does not give any medicine .

Since from 4 years I'm facing lot of stomach problem. 4 years back it all started with full liquid and mucous type of loose motions at that time I use to take Ciflox OZ or Norflox OZ on my own whenever loose motion occurred and it used to cure the problem for short period ( 2 to 3 months) . This continued for 1 year . In 2 nd year I got stomach burning and acid reflux Doctor gave Rabiprazole -D for 1 - 2 months . The burning sensation completely solved but only in early morning. BUt in 2 and 3 year I got new problem of extreme burping nearly 10 - 20 after I eat meals. Along with stomach discomfort and somtime prickling pain.The stomach bloats immediately after I take meals Again Doctor gave me Zenflox -oz , unienzyme, beselac pb , meftal spasm, Aristozyme .unienzyme and Aristozyme helped a lot for bloatingZenfloax -oz works super I feel complete normal in stomach after taking this Zenfloax -oz , But entire problem re occurs after stopping Zenflox -OZ.

My daughter develops several symptoms after eating, especially after consuming oily or fatty foods. Had my last period from 15th Feb to the end of Feb, which was also associated with heavy bleeding, severe pain & clots After that, NO periods for March, April,May. I started spotting from 4th Jun to 12th Jun, and since 13th June till ~24th June) I have been having continuous bleeding with clots. The bleeding varies but I am currently using around 3–4 pads per day Clots are sometimes large: coin-sized). I had abdominal pain b4 the bleeding started, but currently there is no significant pain but there is a lot of weakness & discomfort. My cycles are irregular. Dr suggest USG, bt completed a full course of Pause MF (started on 19th Jun & finished all 10 tab), bt bleeding & clots are still continuing As I'm out of town for work in remote area, 1. Can pelvic USG be done while I'm still bleeding 2. Which USG to do if yes 3. Wat are the causes of this prolonged bleeding after missing period for few months 4. Are there Any urgent warning signs for which I shud seek immediate care?

Hello ma’am, I need some help with a separate issue regarding my scalp condition. For the past few months, I’ve been experiencing itchiness due to flakiness on my scalp. I used Scalppro shampoo earlier, and it helped at that time. However, since the last week of March, the itching has worsened. I’ve also started noticing small bumps and rashes on my scalp. Around that same time, I began using the TRESemmé Keratin Smooth Hair Spa (complete kit), so I suspected it might be causing an allergic reaction. I stopped using it After that, I switched to using Scalppro shampoo along with Herbal Essences shampoo and conditioner (paraben-free). It provided slight relief, but the problem is still there. I also tried using a mild daily shampoo and took Cetirizine for a few days for allergy relief. While I was on the medication, the itching improved, but it returned after I stopped taking it. Additionally, I’ve been experiencing mouth ulcers and some stomach heat/liver-related discomfort recently. I’m not sure if this is connected to my scalp issue or if it’s purely an allergy. Could you please guide me on what this might be and suggest appropriate treatment

My Ecg is normal sinus rhythm,echo was normal done 4 months ago(ef=65%), .but tmt was positve  but my invasive coronary angiogram report is  normal arteries with slow dye clearance, microvascular angina just one year ago(2024 december,dated 21/12/24).calcium score was 0 in 2023 ct cag test report ( november, 2023)too, hs crp value is 0.48, apoa1 is 141, apoB is 50.3 HDL 54, ldl 64, tg 55, cpk mb 19( ref was <25), hb1c 5.2 done all tests in october'25 I feel discomfort and tightness & heaviness like feeling & pain and heaviness with tightness the left chest & upper chest  & at sometime even at rest.moreover feel palpitation type of sensations sometime .high bass sound makes me feel very uncomfortable feeling in chest. Taking clopidogrel 75 od & rosuvastatin 10 od. Non smoker, non alcoholic, non diabetic. Is it a heart related problem? Do i need to go for another angiogram? How to get rid of this? Plz suggest doctor. Reports are attached. Thank you

I feel discomfort and tightness & heaviness like feeling & pain on the left chest & upper chest while walking  moreover feel palpitation type of sensations when i wake up in the morning  and some other time also.high bass sound makes me feel very uncomfortable feeling in  the upper left side of the chest. Taking clopidogrel 75 od & rosuvastatin 10 od. Non smoker, non alcoholic, non diabetic.walk everyday. Is it a heart related problem? Do i need to go for another angiogram?
