I'm a 14-year-old male (born Aug 1, 2010). I was circumcised at age 4–5. At 9–10, I accidentally injured my penis while sleeping face-down with an erection, leading to a permanent leftward curve and currently no pain but some discomfortness. I can get erections with stimulation, but muscle-only "lifts" feel weak. I’ve also developed bumps and dryness, likely from over-washing. I’ve never ask a doctor about this but am now worried—about function, pain, and fertility. Could this be chordee or scar tissue? Should I try Kegels, hormone tests, or wait? Are there non-surgical treatments, or should I expect surgery after puberty? When I wear zip pants The zipper on my pants pricks my penis. I see this not happen to anybody. I want to develop normally and be healthy like others an I'm very worried about its appearance maybe an scar tissue damaged or anything else. Thank you for your expertise. I’ve been dealing with a recurrent anal fissure for 1.6 years. It reoccurs every 2 to 3 months, always at the 12 o’clock position, with a small. Till now i used ayurvedic oil. Currently, my bowel movements are soft. For the past 3 months, I’ve been using Cremagel (diltiazem) at night & Smuth cream occasionally in the morning, applied inside the anus with an applicator. 3 weeks ago, after diarrhea, a redness appeared on the outer skin near 1 o’clock. It looked like peeled skin with fresh new skin underneath, causing discomfort for one day & healed nxt day. The fissure cut at 12oclock is no longer visible externally, and my only symptom is mild burning for 2–3 minutes after motion. Is it safe to continue these creams longer? How long can I use them? Could there be longterm side effects? healing takes around 6 months but my doctor insists proctoscopy examination, saying he cannot provide further advice without physically examining me. I'm scared to put that tool as it may reopen fissure

A few months ago, I experienced chest pain and consulted a doctor. They performed tests including ECG, chest X-ray, blood work, and troponin levels — all came back normal. The doctor ruled out any cardiac issue and diagnosed me with acid reflux. I took medication for it and gradually improved. However, I later began experiencing joint pain. The doctor suspected it might be typhoid, so I was prescribed antibiotics. After a month of antibiotics, the pain slightly improved, but I still experience mild chest and back pain, especially on the left side and while lying down. I returned to the doctor, and further blood tests revealed low folic acid, high cholesterol, anemia, and abnormal liver function. I have been following the recommended lifestyle changes, but I still feel mild discomfort in my throat, chest, and back. I’ve tried multiple treatments, but the issue hasn’t been fully resolved. I’m unsure what the underlying cause is and would appreciate your guidance

I'm sffring from 3 mnths with abnormal discharge burning , itching I went to dctor she told it might be bacteria vaginious and given metronidazole & fluconzole 3 dose & vflora  but didn't cured compltely I wnt to gyacanologist by she told it's yeast infection she given me 6 days clingen v3 and fluconzole 4 doses and  itraconazole for 1 month ,in between this treatment I again went it's burning sometimes & itching, she told urine tract infection and she given me antibiotics injection and antibiotics, After cmpleting 1 month treatment not also not get  cured properly I again went to another gyaco she told its fungal infection given clingen forte pessary, civaderm xl for topical cream , FAS kit , ecoflora , 6 weeks  itraconazole , after using clingen forte coming water discharge with more itching than as usual is it normal side effects??after completing 6 days ,now it's 3 Rd day but still coming water discharge with itching so much, plz help me from this infections -its ful discomfort

Mother was hospitalized in early March. Mri and blood and urine test showed infection in kidney and wS treated with antibiotics IV for a week. Follow up CT scan after 2 weeks showed a 6.3mm calculus near VUJ. Doctor gave medicines to help pass stone. Follow up after 2  weeks CT shows the 5mm calculus with mean attenuation of 700-800HU at VUJ with upstream mild hydronephrosis. Doctor has suggested RIRS + DJ stenting to remove the stone as it is causing obstruction. How safe and effective is RIRS? My mother is diabetic. Also she hasn't felt any pain or discomfort since the discovery of the stone. Her present urine analysis shows pale yellow, slightly hazy and 6-8 pus cells and bacteria detected. Culture shows E. coli significant bacteria. Does the presence of active UTI play a role in the surgery? Please tell me

After undergoing surgery and chemotherapy for lymphoma in 2018, I entered menopause by December 2021. I didn’t work from June 2022 until March 2024, leading to challenges when I returned to work. I struggled with constant back and neck pain, as well as depression, anxiety, and loneliness. The heat exacerbated my discomfort from hot flashes until the rains provided some relief. After three osteopath sessions, I moved back in with my mother, which increased my commute and worsened my back pain. I often find it hard to get out of bed on my days off. I'm on multiple medications for depression, ADHD, and anxiety. I've had 3 IBS flare-ups since Dec2022. Although I'm advised to exercise and walk, I just don't have the energy and am overwhelmed by persistent pain. I feel trapped in a cycle of unfulfilling work and social interactions that drain me. Now a major chunk of my pay goes towards my meds & consultations.How can I alleviate my pain and boost my energy and strength?

I torn my ligament while playing cricket. It was difficult to walk for few days but was improving. I avoided MRI assuming it is healing. But there was always a discomfort & little pain if I squatted/put weight on my knees. I did MRI after 5 months. Brief of MRI are as following; 1. High grade tear of the distal attachment of the patellar tendon is noted with a 4 x 8 mm ossific fragment within tendon substance. 2. Abrupt defect of the cortex is noted in tibial tuberosity on the superior surface. 3. Fluid filled gap is noted between edge of tendon and tibial tuberosity measuring nearly 6.0 mm in diameter. 4. Background patellar tendinopathy is seen with low grade interstitial delaminations measuring up to 15.0 mm in the distal two thirds of the tendon. IMPRESSION: Background patellar tendinopathy. Possible avulsion injury involving the distal edge of patellar tendon. It's been 1.5 years & my knee is not normal. My doc says nothing much to do now. Just live with it. I can't :(

I am a type 1 Diabetic, Morning I took 10u of Novarapid and had breakfast. After giving my practical exams which was of 2 Hours, In  Afternoon I was walking to the station by walk and I was extremely thirsty so I got a buttermilk, after the train boarded, I was still feeling thirsty, I checked my Sugars it were 250 so I took 15U of  Novarapid because I wanted to eat food as well. After reaching to my destination  that was just 15 mins, I bought  Cold  water, after having it, i felt a little discomfort in chest. I was walking on the bridge to the metro and suddenly I started feeling Unconscious, My sugars were not low because I took insulin 5-6 mins ago. I had a rapid heart beat, My hands were shaking, I was scared, I was dizzy and wanted to sit down, I had a feeling of passing out. ECG was done. Blood pressure was high that was 150/80 mm hg but later it got normal. The doctor was about to give me some injection to lower blood pressure but later didn't. I was not satisfied with doctor.
