In 2021 due to functional dyspepsia, I took some medicine acogut, pan d , muccain gel after taking these medicines I feel severe knee joints, heel pain , finger of birth legs , symmetrical , immediately consulted rhumetolgoist, Low back pain RA ANTI CCP ANA ENA , hlab27 , triple phase bone scan, mri si joint , hip , Cpk anti ttg , lots of tests have been done , even consulted 5-6 rhumetolgoists, I was continuously following rhumetolgoists till 2024 , all of them denied the possibility of AS , 3 -4 times x ray has done , no abnormalities found , suddenly my all pain disappear in April 2024 , completely recovered, rhumetolgoist earlier diagnose it as drug induced arthalagia, Now again this month , I again took some ppi , now again I am feeling low back pain In last 5 year I only feels pain no swelling redness , no pain if press , no elevated esr CRP I want to know what I do , should I repeat the above test , nsaid not so effective, I do not feel discomfort at night,

Hello doctors, I'm a 31-year-old male. Two weeks ago, I had a small lump at the 12 o'clock position, just above the anal opening (between anus and penis). It was painful to touch but no fever or sitting discomfort. A general surgeon advised an MRI Fistulogram, which showed a tiny 5.6 mm perianal abscess, no fistula, no anal canal communication, and no tract formation. He vaguely said, “whatever the report, continue antibiotics” for 5 days. After completing the course, the pain is gone, the lump is smaller, and when I pressed it, a small hard white pimple-like substance came out. Still the surgeon insists on laser surgery without any post-report consultation or explanation only said he’ll process cashless approval. My questions: 1. Is surgery really required now? 2. Can this heal fully on its own? 3. Will it become a fistula later? 4.Are sitz baths  required Mri report attached for your reference

Patient: Male Age: 66 years Medical History: Recent chickenpox infection (now healed) History of Present Illness: I had chickenpox a few weeks ago and was treated with antiviral medications, pain relievers, and other supportive care. The infection has healed, but after recovery, he started experiencing: Severe back pain (doctor diagnosed as post-infection nerve pain and prescribed Preqm NT for pain). Constipation (doctor prescribed Diablo for relief). Despite taking medication for constipation, he has not had a bowel movement for the past 7 days. Current Symptoms: No bowel movement for 7 days Feeling of fullness and bloating Abdominal discomfort No vomating Medications Currently Taking: Preqm NT for nerve pain Diablo for constipation other daily medications Fibator 10 for cholesterol Udiliv for grade 1 fatty liver Amlodac 2.5 for blood pressure G loc LS for gas We are concerned as for 7 days no bowel movement. KFT report last month was good. I consulted hematologist he did cbc & peripheral tests last month & ruled out any issues.

It started with a bad episode of acidity, regurgitation, burning sensation in mid chest after meals( date 5 March).i walk 1-1.5 km daily in evening, started having pain in upper chest wall and back while walking(date 9 March ), it got fine after rest.no pain during day time daily chores like sweeping ,picking up buckets .The pain episode in evening were followed by flatulence and bowel movement ( minimum once on all days) . After 4-5 days pain episode(,one episode of severe throat pain while walking occured)  went away just the heaviness in chest remained.took pudin Hara and carbonated drink.heaviness went away but back pain still remains. No discomfort during morning brisk walk ,daily chores or on stairs.but flatulence burping and bowel movement in evening persists.had racing heart attack twice with a gap of 3 days ( 11 and 14 March).Vit d level 8 ,b12 -100, in Dec 22.took supplemens for 3 months..no supplements now

Namaste doctors, I have chronic gastric issues for the last 6,7 years. I experience gastric symptoms like flatulence, acid reflux when laid down, frequent throat mucus clearing when i am stressed or consume spicy masala foods. Along with that, I get tonsil stones in my tonsil crypts which I clear by myself in 2,3 weeks interval through clean earbuds and I don't experience pain in my tonsil. I just feel slight discomfort and then, i realise tonsil stones have been again formed there. I have been facing tonsil stones for around the last 2.5-3 years.  One more issue is that, I am getting back acne. I have attached 2 pictures for reference.  I usually spend most of my time in front of my laptop and on the bed.                          My daily sleep and eating pattern- Waking up - around 8am breakfast- 9-9:30am Lunch - 2pm Evening snacks - 6-7pm Dinner- 9-9:30pm Sleep- 11-12pm  Please let me know any suitable medicine should I take for the above issues and any modifications I need to make.

RCT done on last upper molar from last week of June till July. Got crown, after it was placed there was ton of pain when pressure applied/bite, removed crown.  Pain started to subside after considerable amount of time passed. I kept on having dental visits. Dentist asked me to wait. It's been 5 months. I don't have crown since long - only permanent filling. Issues now - 1 The tooth beside the one on which RCT is done, deviated from it's place since RCT, slightly down. Now it touches the bottom one when I rest my teeth and it feels uncomfortable and bulky, like an obstacle in resting teeth (sensitive). Sometimes it feels bulky while walking (even without resting). 2 Maybe its gums around the RCT teeth but I feel discomfort there. Eating all different things very comfortably, no pain. It's just when I'm sitting idle and not using teeth. Often getting my tongue there/putting pressure on RCT teeth with finger- in an attempt to cure it. 3 Teeth itching- Feels like brushing/grinding teeth.

I am a 31 year old male with digestive issues lasting 5-6 years. Over the past 1.5 years, I have been experiencing frequent burping throughout the day, especially after eating, drinking water, or even on an empty stomach. The burping happens during various activities like badminton, walking, running, & even at work. Despite consulting multiple doctors & undergoing tests like Abdomen Ultrasound, CT Scan, & Upper GI endoscopy, all reports came back normal. Medications like Pantocid IT, Rantac D, & Colonise Forte capsule haven't helped. Occasional heartburn adds to my discomfort. I also face difficulty clearing my bowels in the morning & need to visit the toilet two or three times. These issues have negatively impacted my daily life, concentration, & caused feelings of depression. Additionally, I used to smoke for ten years but quit six months ago. Consuming beer on weekends now leads to stomach upset the following day. I am deeply concerned & seeking advice and a solution for this.

Since past 2 years i living with heart attack fear. The fear started because 2 years back one day suddenly my heart beating. After that incident still 10-15 times i feel heart palpitation and every time i went for ecg echo and tmt all the report were normal. Till i too 8 ecg, 2 echo, 2 Tmt, 2 chest xray, thyroid and sugar.. all the test were normal. But still i fear with heart attack. I visited nearly 15 doctors, 4 cardiologist, taken multiple test but still i couldn't believe the doctors and reports and i thinking might have heart problem. I am a non smoker, non alcoholic, no family history Please help me doctors My body symptoms such as pin point pain in chest, back, under arm, arms, stomach discomfort make me very uncomfortable and fear. Note: I never get any chest pain, breathing problem, sweating. During the fear my heart beat too fast and i think im going to die. After few mins i become normal..
