I have a longsight from past 14 years. since 2008. it started from - 0.25. i didnt wear specs from 2008 - 2021. then my power changed-0.75 & 1.25 in 2011. then 1.75 in both eyes in 2021. Now -2 in both eyes. am wearing specs from past 6- 7 months. but am so uncomfortable with specs. because after weared specs. i lost my normal vision. full of blur view without specs. blur vision. head aches , strain , migrane , watery eyes. now i changed my specs. this is 2nd spec. but am so discomfort. because its so wierd for me. i got a blur vision & not a clear vision also by wearing specs. i hav a eye dryness too. so kindly help me. and giv me a suggestions & solutions to recover & retrieve my normal vision. am using rose water( eye drops) from lenskart. how long i should take eye drops for eye dryness ?? kindly answer for my questions . i hav a digital strain too. tv system phone. am using phone long time. morn 9- nite 10pm. 13 hours. how i should get rid out of it ??

Visited all the docs and they say my heart is fine. Taking so much of medication and I'm not feeling healthy and normal as before. Post covid life has changed. 10 months of suffering and pain. 1. Chest pain at times - min 2-4 times a day with pressure like small whirlpool from inside.. at times sharp shooting pain in breasts 2. Tightness in the both sides of the throat 24/7.. pulsation either sides through out.. Frequent swallowing.. no pain but discomfort in throat.. 3. At times, mild and sudden movement of head towards left and urge to take deep breath 4. Irregular heart beats while sleeping and sudden pounding heart wakes me up.. I don't choke or gasp for air but take a deep breath. Frequent deep breaths 5. Head shaking throughout.. not sure if it's visible to others unless they observe 6. Eyes - blurry vision. Sort of pulsation vision 7. When I lie down.. I can hear at times some liquid sound in my throat or gurgling.. 8. When I take stairs I can hear the sound in my throat..

Sir MolarTooth was paining Since Last Week,Dental Surgeon Prescribed Augmentin 625 & Combyflame & later added Metrogyl 400 Thn pain decreased 50%.Surgeon Said There is Crack in Tooth & Still Some Abscess is Beneath So Said For Root Canal Treatment.Now After 2 visits of RCT 90% Pain Has reduced.Now this time when we went for Final visit of RCT thn Dental Surgeon Said As You can see in X ray that i have attached,there is some Abscess Still there,so Said i have to take other RCT specialist advice to decide To do CAP aftr RCT on it or we should remove that teeth & whn i asked Dental Surgeon As My Father has litrally no pain now thn Can We Now make Cap to it & Later in future When it pains or discomforts him We can Remove That Molar Then Dental Surgeon Said Take Augmentin 625 twice a day for 3 days & Then We wil Put Cap on it.Sir i just Want Proper clarity That Father Should Put Cap to save Molar Tooth Now Or Molar Tooth Should be Removed.Please Refer X-ray Attached.Reply ASAP

Hello, Developed back& leg pain after doing 35kgs weighted squats in gym in January 2016, was active in gym for 1 year. Visited several specialists and tried physio, exercises without any relief. Now it has been 5 years. For the last 1 year pain was in under control, especially the leg pain. This August, i was feeling discomforts in back, i got scared of any further slippage of disc so i did USTRASANA(or camel pose) after that my pain becomes worse and symptoms of back and leg pain reappeared at higher intensity. Lower back feels fused, right hip feels jammed, HLAB27 -VE Doctors advised not to bend forward, no sitting on floor, no indian toilet, no prolong sitting, no weight lifting etc. I became so anxious for my posture that i never bend forward, no deep squatting, no weights for 5 years. If i did the movements within limit,will followings hurt my back further: •Can i bend forward? •Deep squatting ok? •Long hours sittings with frequent breaks ok? •Lifting household weights?

I was reffered to Psychiatrist by Cardiologist at hospital when i was admitted at hospital due to racing heartrate and heart pounding, and Psychiatrist said that I had Panic Attack. Took medications for 2 weeks. Clonazepam 0.25mg and Propranolol 10mg. Had recurrent Panic Attack Symptoms of racing heart rate which is only at night time by 3 am with heavy gas trouble and chest discomfort, almost all day. but heartrate was below 120bpm and when i walk during this time, anxiety and heartrate and heart pounding reduces. 2 days before at night 3 am, i felt something bad is going to happen again and anxiety and fear increased and heartrate also increased. After 5 minutes of walking it reduced and again after 5 minutes, fear started arising that something is going to happen and again heartrate started increasing and not above 120bpm, and hands and legs started shivering. After 1 day i went to take ecg in a private lab. Discharge summary and new ECG is attached. Kindly advice further.

Dear Doctor, I am having for the past 1 year chest discomfort, like pressure, burning sensation, lightheadedness, left fore arm feels cold. Now my ankle is swollen. Feet pains on walking. I have done Echocardiogram in July 2019 report is normal. I did ECG on 15th July 2020 report is normal. I at times get high BP then it becomes normal. Heart beat goes upto 175 on walking fast for 1km or climbing many steps. Having medicine Concor 5mg, for GERD Nexpro L, Asthma Montek AB. Uriticaria having cetrizen. Inzofresh 10mg for insomnia. Endoscopy done in January 2019 report is fine. I still feel pain in Esophagus, at times reflux. Master Health Checkup done on 15th July 2020 report is fine. My question am I having heart blockage or Angina? I am unable to do TMT because my heart beat goes up within 1 minute of walking on TMT. I get panic often due to fear of heart disease cancer etc. What is my health problem? Please advise which Doctor to consult?

Hi sir, when i sleep at night at some point of time in 5 am i got some abnormal sensation like muscle twitches in whole back mainly upper thoracic region,head cramps, and a freezing feeling in toes( fingers of foot),lower abdominal discomfort ,littile muscle throabbing(fear) pain in chest and hip muscle weakness and a sensation of urgency to wash room(but no poop ).i am using gabepentin and tapentadol tablets.the doctor diagnosed me with b12 deficiency after seeing eeg and ncv test.and i took 5 b12 shots(which abnormally increase b12 level)>2000.i did mri for whole spine which is normal(no nerves compressed) .ct scan for chest qhich is normal.all tests for abdomen which are normal.i did bence jones protien test which is absent.and hlba 27 - is absent.so may i know the exact diagnosis and cause and how long it will take to recover if i take medication perfectly?

I had viral fever with throat infection from 1st sept which was cured after 4-5 days(Took OpexCV & AcecloPlus with Pan40). After 1 week on 14th sept I had stomach pain with 2 normal motions which got cured in 2-3days(Took Metrogyl400 thrice and Darolac). However I had stomach pain on 19th, 23rd and 29th sept which was cured after taking 1 Drotin DS. I had also taken Unobiotics for 7 days.Other days there were no issues at all. My sleep is disturbed almost everyday from  4 or 5am hence I cannot sleep properly after that due to stomach discomfort. So I am taking Esomerprazole 40mg from 3 4 days. I have been eating home cooked veg food from last 1 month though I am non veg. Drinking boiled water. The pain is mild in the upper abdomen region just below the chest. No fever. Please can u guide what can be the issue and further steps to follow.I am worried why the pain keeps coming back after 5 6 days and then completely cures.

Hello Doctor, I am obese 41years old man, I have Asthma, urticaria. I have been diagnosed with GERD. Endoscopy done on 31st January 19. Gastroenterologist asked me to do Motility disorder test. I later met few more Gastroenterologist. They gave me medicine for GERD. I am having medicine for severe GERD symptoms. I have done Master health check up, report is fine. I was having High BP, now I don't, hence stopped High BP medicine. Recently I developed body discomfort, uneasy feeling, pain in chest , weakness in left hand, left leg. I took ECG. It was normal,  but  advised to meet Cardiologist. I met Cardiologist. He told me I am having severe stress because I am not working not married. He asked me to do TMT to rule out block, but I refused due to GERD vomiting feel and body is weak due to less food intake. My weight has reduced drastically from 116kg to 108.5kg in 3 months. My question why uneasy feeling, pain in left leg weakness in left arm? Chest collar bone pain. Why?

Hi i have some problem with my perineum.its been 2years when i noticed small soft lump inside my perineum.it can't be seen bt felt when pressing deep..but now it can be felt easily bt still its under deep tissue.IMPORTANT- LUMP BECOME VERY SOFT WHEN TESTIS COME IN RELAX POSITION AND GET MINOR HARD WHEN TESTIS ARE SHRINKED OR ELSE I CAN SAY ITS GET HARD WHILE ERECTION..it never pains and its very soft as well but now creating discomfort when wearing tight jeans or undergarments..from last many months iam feeling pain while pressing ischial tuberosity but lump never pains.when i sit on hard surface i feel pintching pain in near ischial tuberosity n also with tight clothing.i dnt have any lympnode urine problem..the lump from last 2.5 years it jst slightly grown but doesn't bother me..the bothering me is pain near ischial tuberosity muscles while pressing them hard..plz tell me wot it can be because iam veey much scared of cancer.i also feel pain in left scrotum line and groin only sumtym
