Vision problem. or blur vision
I have a longsight from past 14 years. since 2008. it started from - 0.25. i didnt wear specs from 2008 - 2021. then my power changed-0.75 & 1.25 in 2011. then 1.75 in both eyes in 2021. Now -2 in both eyes. am wearing specs from past 6- 7 months. but am so uncomfortable with specs. because after weared specs. i lost my normal vision. full of blur view without specs. blur vision. head aches , strain , migrane , watery eyes. now i changed my specs. this is 2nd spec. but am so discomfort. because its so wierd for me. i got a blur vision & not a clear vision also by wearing specs. i hav a eye dryness too. so kindly help me. and giv me a suggestions & solutions to recover & retrieve my normal vision. am using rose water( eye drops) from lenskart. how long i should take eye drops for eye dryness ?? kindly answer for my questions . i hav a digital strain too. tv system phone. am using phone long time. morn 9- nite 10pm. 13 hours. how i should get rid out of it ??

You can try contact lenses.  It'll restore your field of vision. While using digital devices, every 20 minutes, take a 20 second break and look at a distant object 20 feet away. Keep yourself hydrated. Blink more often. Stay away from ac and fan. You can use eye drop teardrops 2-3 times a day for a month for dryness.

Pl use Refresh tears eye drops, 2drops 3times a day for 6 months.Decrease the screen time, as much as possible. Pl do Eye exercises.,yoga,meditation
