Description of your symptoms point towards anxiety.Issue with you is even after visiting so many doctors and going through battery of investigations ,your inability to accept positive outcome of those consultations and tests. From your history the pain sounds non cardiac ,non specific chest pain. With your weight of 108 kg it's obvious that you will have palpitations.Such a weight needs more pumping of blood to meet metabolic needs of your body resulting in palpitations. I doubt any assurance will change your thoughts. In such instances clinical psychologist/psychiatrist consultation will be of tremendous help .
Health Tips
Simple lifestyle modification, your weight reduction by atleast 30 per will have positive impact.
