Hi, I am suffering from OCD and has high fear of rabies. Last week, I saw a small cat near my flat about 2 metres away from me. I was so scared and I had already locked my door. I saw the cat started moving towards me and I suddenly opened the door and went inside my flat. This was the incident. I was not wearing full shoes . I didn't experience any pain or any feeling like cat has touched me , but I am so scared and I looked at my toe, if some thing happed. My first thought came was to check my right toe and I did not find any particular marks. I am so anxious and worried as I did not know if the cat has touched , scrached or bitten me. I am so worried that I could not concentrate on my studies. I felt like taking anti rabies vaccination but I am so confused as my family members are saying no need for that. I do not know if others could feel my worries. Do I need to take vaccine. Any adivce will be very helpful
