Could you please review my recent ECG report and provide an analysis? The report includes the following parameters with their respective values as I feel slight chest pain and discomfort since a week. 1. Heart Rate (HR): 78 bpm 2. P wave duration (P): 103 ms 3. PR interval (PR): 140 ms 4. QRS duration (QRS): 99 ms 5. QT/QTC interval (QT/QTC): 340/390 ms 6. P/QRS/R durations: 58/77/46 7. Right ventricular systolic volume/index (RVS/SVI): 1.715/1.412 And my cholesterol levels are within normal range I'm a 24-year-old male, and I'm particularly interested in understanding if all these parameters normal ranges for someone my age and gender if it's in normal range then why I'm feeling these issues **Ecg Report and cholesterol reports are  attached.

Since 4-5 weeks i am facing issue with constipation as well as thin stools. For initial 2 weeks i managed with isabgol, then i left for a week and suffered with return of thin stools and smelly farts. The next week i had loose stool(i ate something spicy outside) then soft stool again.. Also a little discomfort in coccyx area. Now as this diarrhea type thing came up, I consulted a gastro doctor online who gave me rifaximin 2x 5 days and a probiotic, it improved my condition, during the course my thin stools and constipation went away as well as farts. Yesterday my course ws completed, yet again today I am facing similar thing, soft stools with constipation..i went for bowel at evening today, little came out in 4-5cm clumps. Then i fet something is left bt nthing was there. And it felt better with a fart. I am scared if this is anything serious i mean like colon cancer or ibd :(. I dnt hv any bad habits, no junk food, i exercise daily, drink enough water. Should I ask fr sigmoidoscopy?

28f Done serum prolactin it’s 89.53 by CMIA method . Symptoms -Upper back middle back pain since Oct 2020 (left shoulder blade(much when wake up and stretch and when doing work or sitting long and less when lying on bed) Left hand left breast pain and discomfort since 1 year Left head numbness and left eye twitching since 3 months On and off feverish symptoms but temp normal since Aug 2020 Milky discharge from both breasts since a week Medications- respiridone 1 mg used for 12 days Sodium valproate 200 mg twice using since 12 days Clonazepam half using since 12 days Escitalopram using since 12 days Milky discharge we noticed it on 7th day after using these medications before using medications there was no discharge after medications we don’t know when exactly it started but on 7th day we noticed it . Is it due to medications?when asked doc they told it qont cause that soon as I used it only for 7 days. Done MRI back spine which was normal Cbp (haemoglobin normal CRP -9 Esr 23

Hi 28f. Symptoms-upper Back pain (shoulder blade left ,centre)aggregated when stretched or bent . Left shoulder ,hand pain (comes and goes) Left breast pain uneasiness discomfort All these are since Nov 2020(when I lay down it's less feels like numb ness at the upper back just back of chest ....did many tests like cbp,crp,lft,serum creatinine serum uric acid thyroid vit d3,vit b12,MRI all were normal . But d3 was 16 used 6 months course for the same. Since 2 days iam getting fuild (it's white or yellowish not able to distinguish)from my breasts both (nipples) .I was using some psychiatric medicine like Clonazepam,sodium valproate,risiperidon,lexitrem for my anxiety anger and unsleepiness since 7 days.When asked doc he told it is not due to the Tablets this much soon it wouldn't effect. Now I am worried if all the chronic upper back pain left hand shoulder breast pain and now milky /fluid/yellowish discharge from nipples are serious like cancer. I hav small cyst 2mm×1mm size  on left lower lid  (out side)since 5 years it is not pain pain or  not any pause accumulated,it is not hurting.but it is looks bad.so I consult opthomologist doctor removed  eye cyst by giving anasthesia injection on 28/04/22 doctor prescribed soho eye drop ,zonex eye cream for affected area( eye lid cyst surgery ).after 5 days left upper eye lid itching starts it ends after 3 days by cold compress.noe from 1 week I have  pain on left  upper eye pain mildely only 3-5 min per day  and  ends.before operating on 12/04/2022  I have checked both eyes cornea,ratina,  nerves all are normal.but now I feel discomfort on left eye ,upper side left eye pain .when awake i cant open eyes  suddenly  i feel tightness on both eye lids.when I saw sun light other light I have head ache also onle left side head ache some time 5-10min.what is the reason for it.thank you.

I am having dark brown loose motion since a week.i feel urge to defecate even after pooping.i paas stools usually 3-4 times a day since this problem started.i feel discomfort and burning sensation in anal and rectal area after passing stools for few hrs.i don't like eating anything home made but i haven't lost appetite.i feel hungry like usual day .One day after eating ordered noodles i have passed 7 stools a day.But after eating home made bland food,i pass 3 loose stools a day usually.i missed periods this month .i am an unmarried girl .i had fever for two days but it went away itself . Nowadays i usually paas 3-4 dark brown loose stools a day.i only eat hone made food .no medicine is working over me .i still feel urge to defecate even after pooping and burning sensation.one thing more i want to mention that i can't tolerate any spice smell or taste since 8-9 months so I don't eat any pulse and veggie.i only eat chawal mashed potatoes, pumpkin blame sbzi and bhindi bhaji mostly.

I was diagnosed with cystitis Almost a month earlier. I was given antibiotics, that didn't improve me much had sensation and urethral discomfort. I saw the doctor again and I was given alkacitral syrup and pyridium and some more antibiotics still nothing. 2 days back I saw another doctor cuz I was feeling some pain in kidney area he gave me kft test My chloride level is 108.9 the urine test showed 5-6 pus cells and 1-2 epithelial cells /hpf. HbA1C is 5.9% , haemoglobin is 12.8 and platelets are 1.04L/cu.mm. Polymorphs is 76, MCHC is 31.1. This time I was administered Drotin M, oflox 200, nitrofur 100 and sompraz d 40. After 3 days of medication I'm still having pain in my back near kidney area , urethra pain marginally , the tract uneasiness is comparatively less , and I had yellow semen today. My kidney area pain and uneasiness is not gone and I'm unsure if there's something more to be done.

I was covid positive on 24th April .. 1st week I had fever for 3 days blocked nose and sore throat.. I recovery from fever with in 4 days .. after all this my leg pain and damn tiredness started..  there after I had soo much of panics, . all my symptoms vanished with in week but I had severe tiredness and weakness.. I was in home isolation. on May 12 I tested negetive.. later I was soo scared abt black fungus for all most 1month.. due to weather I got lil nose congestion for one day I consulted ent to rule out black fungus doc said not worry abt it .. if I get one sneezing Im getting scared of covid reinfection. I feel like crying if I get lil discomfort in my body . I sit alone thinking I might die .. most of the days I feel feverish I dono I'm assuming it or I really have.but I don't take any tab for it..before contracting covid i.e Dec 30th I was in 5thmonth of pregnancy got abortion.I resumed my house old work frm 15 days frm that time Iam feeling soo much tiredness and weakness.

Sir please advice. I had fever on april 20 to 22 which had decreased with dolo. I took RTPCR on 20 april which came negative. After that I have done HRCT which showed CORADS 5 and CTSS 6/25. I took doxy and pulmo clear along with vitamin and limcee. I took another RTPCR as as doctor advised me on 27 which again came negative. I took HRCT on 6 th may which showed decrease in infection with CTSS 3/25. I only had mild cough throughout. For joining back to office I took another RTPCR on 9 th May but recieved positive with CT vlaue 29. I am very much confused. Presently I am having post nasal drip and very mild cough. Feeling discomfort due to lingering feeling in the throat. What should I do now. Doctor told me that RTPCR may be positive with dead virus also. Why I am not tested positive earlier and why I am testing positive now. Please clarify me. I am getting very tensed and anxious by thinking whether it is a new infection ? My temperature is staying around 98.2 to 98.7.

I m in 3rd year of my graduation. When i was in class 10, i had braces treatment but even after 2.5 yrs of bearing continous pain & discomfort due to braces, my treatment was unsuccessful & rather it worsened & i developed inefficiency in chewing. After that  setback, i developed the problem of constipation. Done various times treatment from doctors for constipation but no relief. Took varoius laxatives & med for 1 year under guidance of doctors but no relief. In blood tests it was diagnosed that my Vit D3 level & Hb is very low. Took medication for that also. Presently i drink 8-10 ltrs water/day. 3 ltr warm water in the morning itself in 1-2 hrs to pass motion despite taking movicol sachet and sit in the toilet for 3 hrs & still not satisfied with my motion. Again after 15-20 minutes i drink 1 ltr water but more stool doesn't pass. Whole day i drink water and go to toilet, and this cycle continues. Not feeling hungry, gastric pain in chest, stomach and back. Feel tired.
