Recently Answered Questions on Left side discomfort under ribs

I m in 3rd year of my graduation. When i was in class 10, i had braces treatment but even after 2.5 yrs of bearing continous pain & discomfort due to braces, my treatment was unsuccessful & rather it worsened & i developed inefficiency in chewing. After that  setback, i developed the problem of constipation. Done various times treatment from doctors for constipation but no relief. Took varoius laxatives & med for 1 year under guidance of doctors but no relief. In blood tests it was diagnosed that my Vit D3 level & Hb is very low. Took medication for that also. Presently i drink 8-10 ltrs water/day. 3 ltr warm water in the morning itself in 1-2 hrs to pass motion despite taking movicol sachet and sit in the toilet for 3 hrs & still not satisfied with my motion. Again after 15-20 minutes i drink 1 ltr water but more stool doesn't pass. Whole day i drink water and go to toilet, and this cycle continues. Not feeling hungry, gastric pain in chest, stomach and back. Feel tired.

Since lockdown I got some health anxiety followed by daily loose stools for one time. Then and there I get some anxiety related symptoms and subside. Atlast I went to a local cardiologist and took whole body checkup including ECG. Everything came up normal even my cholesterol levels. Except triglycerides 234 which is bit high. Now I'm getting these below symptoms often which is really making me not to work. 1. Loose stools daily one time (foul smell) 2. Persistent sour throat 3. Discomfort in jaws as I can't open it properly 4. Dizziness often with lightheadedness 5. Headache when I wake up in the morning (forehead and mostly nearby the eyes/eyebrows) 6. Sometimes facial pains/pressure 7. Some pain in chest when I bend or sometimes some pin point pain in middle of chest 8. Sometimes I feel nasal congestion one sided Note: I don't have any issue with breathing. Please let me know if this is just anxiety or anything else. This is all happening only after lockdown.

I have hashitomoto and hypothyroidism since 8 years.it is in normal value.I have ibs problem from 18 months.gastroenterologist suggest sarotena 10 mg tablet for 6 months.I  hav severe headache  in morning ,deezziness stomach pain during periods,dry mouth, weigh gain 6 kg in 2 months.becaause of lockdown i cant take advice by doctor i suddenly stop taking tablet . doctor prescribed take another 3 months i 0am not taken.after 2 months i hav heart related issuess like chest pain,high pulse rate,skipped heart beat, racing heart beat, I awake in night while sleeping. I cant sleep on turning one side I feel discomfort in chest and I hear loud sounding of heart beat.i done ecg( tricardia mentioned) and echo hav normal.it is side effect of sudden stopping of anti depressant tablet sarotena 10 mg ?all of these because of anxiety?please suggest me it can be cured completely in ayurveda how long should I take treatment.for this which doctor I consult for this?

I am experiencing pain below both side sholder blade (middle back area) last 5 days. Pain was mild first 2 days and noticed it increased as I did some physical work. Felt mild swelling in that area and first thought came to mild is spasm or sprain or muscle tightness so took a FLEXON MR  tablet morning and night but it didnt have much impact. So used heat plaster stickers felt better. But the pain returned on 4th day so took Movexx Plus morning one and night one... pain is gone but still feel that discomfort while sitting or holding baby in or when I work or when I sit for long period. Background I am an accountant i dont do much active recently... but was very active during my college days... so started jogging and walking after many years and do keep myself engaged stated doing some wood work at home. Felt little never problems in hand but that's common if you work physical. Those are regular... Is there any underlying reason why a pain can come suddenly in that area or swelling?

I am 34 yrs old. didn't injure anywhere. Lower right jaw pain, ear pain with swelling started 2 months back. I chewed some soft foods one day more than usual. Immediately upper molars felt tight and I felt discomfort in the mouth. Next day lower jaw pain and swelling started. It's the same till today. Went to ENT to check sinus. No sinus ,ear infection.went to dentist.tools x-rays, it's normal. Did bite test and felt sensitivity and tenderness to bite on one spot on lower 1st molar.said I could be tooth crack or upper WT and told to remove the upper wisdom tooth. removed it 2 weeks back with OMFS. He also said that jaw pain and swelling is from upper WT. Did CBCT scan, pan xray. It's been 2 weeks and I still have same jaw pain under ear and swelling. It now radiates to the neck. That side of the neck under ear is swollen little and tender. It hurts to touch under ear and neck. I hear clicking sound while opening mouth. OMFS told me to go to TMJ specialist. is it TMJ or Parotid gland?

I was diagnosed with abdominal t.b (ct scan and biopsy of lymphnode) in sep 2019 since I have been on ATT (r cinex 600 , combutol 800, 1 multivitamin and pyzina 750 for first 2 month) and few other antibiotics and anti acidic medicine for some time . But after first three month my food intake gradually decreased due to abdominal pain I was admitted in hospital due to severe pain in stomach in Nov 2019 since I have lost 15 kg . I am always hungry but can't eat much cause of stomach discomfort and pain,when I eat more there is pain in upper abdomen spacially left and right part it increase while i touch it or move or bend(any kind of pressure on stomach) I take buscogast and medigas regularly to suppress it but still can't take normal diet. There are swollen lymph nodes in my stomach  which regressed very less in size (12×22 to 10x20 in 9 months) even after 10 month of medication. My stool color is close to black but bowl movements are normal. Please suggest can it be something else.

I have ear pain,sinus infection,nose congestion, swelling under ear for more than 3 weeks. I have lower jaw pain where I have swelling under ear. It started with cold and congestion. Also I did a lot of chewing 3 weeks back and I feels the jaw pain and swelling along with ear pain and sinus pain. Went to the Dr and diagnosed ear and sinus infection, put me on amoxicillin for a week. After 2 weeks, have the same level of ear pain, swelling underneath, jaw pain. Went to ENT today. Checked ear and Endo for nose and sinus. No infection in ear and sinus. Sinus infection cleared up.ENT not sure why I have jaw pain and swelling. Told me to take x-ray and CT scan just to confirm if any sinus infection. Why I have jaw pain, ear pain and swelling under the ear in the low jaw line. I feel discomfort when I open my mouth. Upper jaw hurts too. I have upper wisdom tooth with some cavity.lower wisdom tooth removed. No redness inside the mouth and gums. Is it a tooth issue or jaw issue?or sinus? help.

I have got a mild swelling, inflammation, itching and irritations on glans penis from last month (30 to 40 days ago). Neither of the symptoms are permanent, it appears and relieves on its own. The inflammation and swelling is not confined to particular spot on glans penis sometime it appears on the tip another time underneath.          Warm sline water bath helps in relieving above symptoms. I also have had nail fungus (2 to 3 months ago) in middle finger that cleared up after applying 2% myconazole cream and frequent warm saline water dipping. I have tried (as per pharmacists friends suggestion) Candid Cream and Candid B Cream, have also taken 150 gm Fluconazole single oral dosage but the symptoms persists.  Earlier I also experienced  clear watery urethral discharge, mild discomfort in testicles which cleared up after I took azithomycin 1 gm and cefixime 400 mg single dosage. My partner also have infrequent itching and white discharge related problem. Suggest me.

Breathing problm Male, 26year,lean physic, but protruding belly I have breathing problem from 6 months. Actually it is present the whole  day and daily. when i goto bed usually 2 hrs after dinner, after getting into sleep, suddenly i wake up exactly after 20 mins with breathlessness and feeling of my throat is narrowing,after that i drink one glass water and relax for 2 mins.. Then i can easily sleep till morning. Again in the morning i will feel  discomfort(not pain) in upper chest region and weird taste and also dry mouth and because of that i get up.some times i also do teeth clenching in sleep. when ever i have food(lunch /dinner) it worsens a lot. While having food,uncomfortable in stomach, chest and breath prob increases . If i go and lie back  for some time it goes away. If i have alcohol, the next day the symptoms is very difficult to breath and also eat. When sitting position it is more prominent and i feel tightness in chest and stomach wen sitting. I daily walk for 4kms.

Hello Dr Im hvg pain in my right lower leg from past 1month. My orthopaedic prescribed caldikind plus, evion lc for 2mths nd miofree a 4 for 15days nd if pain persists then to do venous doppler. The doppler test was normal but i hv pain on nd off even now. Dr asked me to stop miofree nd continue with other meds nd to take miofree only if there is severe pain. My pain isn't severe but there is pain while standing nd lot of discomfort. My weight is betn 79-80kgs. No excercise nd no walks. Lot of stress due to which i feel breathlessness on nd off . Visits chest physician once a while. Hysterectomy was done in 2011 due to multiple fibroids, ovaries r intact, in 2005 had TB in ureter nd was operated in 2006 . Dome part of the ureter had to b cut off due to strictures nd boari flap is fitted. In 2017again had infection in ureter nd some part had to b cut off. Urine infection is on nd off. Right now having meds like Alesa probiotic. Menopausal symptoms on nd off. Taking thyronorm50 5daysweek
