Loose Motions

Since more than one month I've been getting Loose Motions along with normal motions. I've been to 3 doctors in this duration, currently on third doctor's medication. While on medication I see some improvement (some days all normal motions, some days normal and loose).I usually go 2-3 times a day. But the loose motions haven't completely stopped till date. Also, since the past 1-2 weeks I have been getting slight pain, discomfort, sometimes burning sensation in upper abdomen. Because of all this I have been eating limited food items (Poha, Rava, Seviya, Sabudana, Rice, Millets, Dalia, Moong Dal, Dahi, Veggies like Tomato, Carrot, Pumpkin, Dudhi, Parwal, Tendli, Tinda, Fruits only Apple, Pear, Rusk on doctor suggestion). No dairy and bakery items. On days that I ate beans (Gavar, French beans) I got loose motions the next day or same day. Non veg is also part of my diet but I haven't had at all since this problem started. Stool test report attached for reference. Please advise.

Hearing loss, Tinnitus, 4 month untreate

Duration: ~4+ months. Cause: 1–2 hrs loud DJ music + close shouting to L ear. Initial: Heaviness, no pain; L ear slower pressure equalization, “chuu” after Valsalva. Tightness on L jaw and some time move caused some loud pop sound and felt free. Doctors told it's just psycological and sinus conjession gave nasal drop. Progression: Continued noise exposure, train and traffic horns, poor sleep → worsened tinnitus, “tok-tok/fod-fod” with loud sounds/own voice, clicking with head/ear movement, mild L pain, occasional R discomfort. Audiogram: Initially normal; later L 30–40 dB loss(tested again after 4 months), R normal. Treatment: Audio Vit-Z (worsened symptoms), now NAC + Ubinext LC. Other: Chronic sinus, thyroid issues. Likely: Noise-induced SNHL, cochlear synaptopathy, tinnitus, TTTS, ET dysfunction. Ear sensations: Voluntary tightening/humming (tensor tympani), involuntary flutter after loud sounds, separate mild “tik-tik” movement unrelated to main muscle. stress 📈Soundsensitivity.

Chest pain acid reflux

A few months ago, I experienced chest pain and consulted a doctor. Tests including ECG, chest X-ray, blood work, and troponin levels were done—all came back normal. Cardiac issues were ruled out, and I was diagnosed with acid reflux. I took the prescribed medication and saw gradual improvement. Later, I developed fever, diarrhea, and joint pain. The doctor suspected inflammation and prescribed antibiotics. After a month, symptoms improved slightly, but I continued to feel mild chest and back pain, especially on the left side and while lying down. I then had a stool test for H. pylori, which came back negative. Further blood tests showed low folic acid, high LDL, HDL, and triglycerides, along with abnormal liver function (elevated aminotransferase and mean platelet volume). Despite following lifestyle changes as advised, I still experience discomfort in my throat, chest, and lower back (both sides). I’ve tried multiple treatments, but the issue hasn’t fully resolved. I am currently abroad and have explored all available medical options. I still feel generally unwell, with occasional fast heartbeats and a choking sensation in my throat. I’m unsure of the underlying cause and would greatl appreciate your guidance.
