Occassional chest pain with fatigueness
Having occassional chest pain, choking sensation while moving upstairs, have pain in left hand, unnecessary fatigue & severe tiredness. Can't tolerate cold weather or air condition. Unusual severing occurs sometimes followed by sweating. Need Blanket throughout the year. Last few days continuous discomfort & pressure feeling at the middle of chest. Hence by advice of a Cardiologist done the following tests. ECG, ECCHO Screening, TMT, Tropnin I, PFT normal. Lipid profile shows abnormality. It is in borderline high to high risk zone. HbA1c 6.2,PP 135-145. Blood CBC,Hb normal.ESR & RBC width higher. Can't work for long time. Age 40,Female, married. Have great tension and stress due to family affairs. Present medicines : Rabeprazole 20 regularly for last 10 yrs. Tryptomer10 taking occassionally for last 10 yrs. BetacapTR 40 regularly for last 6 yrs., Thyronorm 25 regularly for last 5 yrs. No medicine for sugar or higher lipid has been  started yet. Presently Dr prescribed Rosuvas 40.
